I've been taking this product for about three months and don't really notice much difference in my overall well being. I think as a supplement it's a good choice as we tend to have bad eating habits as we get older. I wouldn't recommend this for guys that have a good balanced diet who work out on a regular basis. This product probably works best for guys that are looking for a vitamin supplement to help get them back into shape.

I got these in my stocking last year, and have been taking them ever since. I really like them and have noticed a positive impact on my health and energy. I brought them into my doctor to look at and he said he thought they seemed like a good vitamin although he had not heard of the brand. That is enough for me.
