I used this recumbent exercise bike (Vision Fitness R2100) for a few years.  I would set the time and ride while watching TV.  It is very sturdy and the resistance knob worked well for warm up, heavy riding and warm down.  Seat is adjustable to any leg length.  I would compare the bike to any found in a gym, it's that good.  The only problem I had was that the board display was difficult to read after years of use.  I changed the batteries to new ones, and that did not help.  Luckily the timer was the clearest.  I was unable to learn the programs due to not having the instruction manual and the poor readout on the board display.  The bike is also easy to move around despite its weight.  You lift the back end, and use the front rollers to move.  I found that very convenient in my house.  I recently joined a gym, and no longer used the bike so I sold it to a couple interested in improving their health.
