Phone working intermittently 4/8-4/12. No service 4/13 & 4/14. Can't make or receive calls & texts. All texts after 4/8 have disappeared. Can't call Virgin Mobile. Can only use Virgin Mobile Community. Given the same info to three agents with no results. I've paid the bill but no service. My phone goes back and forth between "service disabled" & "Android is starting. Starting apps."
