It works for me
I started taking Redline 2 weeks ago, just trying to lose a pant size from a 9 to a size 7. My daily routine before was to drink coffee for breakfast, I work a pretty physical job so at work I try to just keep moving in the 7.5 hrs Im there. I tend to drink alotta coffee at work because it makes me crash after I get that boost..so Im pretty much drinking it thoughout the day. I ate lunch drank a soda ate m&ms and came home and ate dinner and drank tea or soda again. So with that being said..I started taking this pill, I drink my coffee in the am like usual. But then on my drive to work I start feeling the energy boost which I can only imagine being the pill and or the coffee. I move around like normal at work, but instead of wanting to drink coffee I'm like craving Ice cold water. So Ive pretty much substituted my coffee binge to a water binge, which is great! By lunch Im still kinda amped up. I dont feel hungry to eat so I just have a salad bc at least im not skipping, and I aint trying to lose weight fast..I just want consistancy. The one thing I did notice about this pill, is that my stomach is like making some funny noises, but there is no pain associated with the noise. SO my energy last to about the time I get home and then I take another pill before dinner.I'm really not in the mood to eat dinner but I eat way smaller portions and Im good. I dont feel as hungry...Ive substituted soda and coffee for water, Im moving, and I have plenty of energy. In two weeks, Ive noticed a difference in my mid area and the way my pants fit. I feel like if I continue doing this I could be in a size 7 sooner than I thought i could. Like I said Im not looking to lose weight quickly because of what it does to your skin and as a woman, Im not wanting to lose all the "good stuff" so Im trying to make a slow loss. Its been working great.No hard crash for me.No migraines(which surprised me) the only thing I could live without is the weird stomach noises but, overall its great
