i my self am one of those people who hate lip glosses and extremely shimmery lip glosses but this whole line midnight cowboy in particular wowed me. i have bought and received this item as a same with palettes and every time i do i just fall in love with it all over again. I have also fallen in love with the smell of it even though it is a pretty strange smell. The packaging is so slick and experience looking the felling when you put the lip gloss on is so minty and fresh. the fell of it is pretty wired it isn't sticky but it fells heavy and just weird. But the color pay off isn't that incredible but it isn't bad you can differently tell that you are wearing some sort of lip product. The lasting power of this is pretty great this usually last half the day and sometimes all day long. I am very happy with this lip product and for the price and everything else i think its a pretty good deal for me its a must have for the fall/winter months. I received a deluxe sample from a purchase from sephora
I started buying different Urban Decay lip colors when I saw someone wearing the Jilted shade and loved it. The Midnight Cowboy shade is one of their darker pink colors; it looks professional without coming off as being weak. I like that it doesn't streak or smear when I am wearing it. I like the shape of the tube too; it doesn't look like regular lipstick or lip gloss tubes and I can stick it into my make up organizer without it causing any problems with closing the drawer on the organizer. While this is expensive for less than a half an ounce of product, I do like the color and the fact that I can wear it with casual or business attire. Most people think of "lip gloss" and think of something that goes on sloppily but this doesn't. I don't have to worry about it ending up on my teeth however when I drink from a glass there is a lip print left on it. That happens less often with a coffee mug than with glass but it is something that people need to be made aware of. To get the best look from this color I use a lip liner on the outside of my lips in a shade that's a little darker than Midnight Cowboy. So far I haven't come up with a way to seal the lip gloss so the color stays on for hours but it is easy enough to apply. I have several of the Urban Decay lip gloss colors and love them. They are a little on the expensive side but I like the way that they make my lips look and the wide array of color choices the series has.
This is great gloss! I keep this in my purse at all times as a go to pick me up. This gloss plumps your lips as you feel the mint infused and it also adds color and great shine. The lip junkie is not like most glosses as it does not tend to get sticky on my lips. Midnight cowboy is a great versatile color as well.
I hardly ever wear lip gloss, and Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lipgloss reminded me exactly why. This was my version of a nightmare- WAYYY too sticky and heavy feeling on my lips! I hate that feeling. Felt like my lips were wrapped in saran wrap...not good. The color is pretty in the tube; like a champagne color, but on it is way too white. Would look good over something else but by itself, definitely didn't work for me. Won't purchase again.
I personally did not like the urban decay lip junkie lip gloss in midnight cowboy. The color of this lip gloss looks sort of dirty. And I did not like the glitter in it. This gloss did not really go on smooth and it felt sticky on my lips and kind of dried them out a little bit.
I love this gloss! I have pale skin so I have to be very careful about lip gloss, because I can't go very dark without it looking like clown makeup, but this shade is perfect. It goes on almost bare, but with a subtle hint of a healthy rosy pink, and has sparkles that are fine, not chunky, so you don't feel ridiculous wearing it. It is able to be put on in layers in your just want a subtle shine, or something a little more noticeable. It has a little stickiness when you first apply, but seems to lose the tacky feeling very quickly. The tube is easy to squeeze, and the packaging is really pretty.

I am most definitely a Lip Gloss junkie so when I was given a tube of **Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lip Gloss **to try I was more than game. The color I was given was *Midnight Cowboy*, a sheer pale champagne color with a shimmer. The gloss seems heavy to me; thick and way too white to use by itself. It looks much nicer when layered lightly over lip color. An interesting take on the **Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lip Gloss **is the minty smell and slight mint taste. I didn't find it offensive at all and the gloss kind of tingled my lips. This, I suppose is the *Maxi-Lip* ingredient that Urban Decay claims to plump lips after a month's use. Hmmm. I guess I will never know how well it plumps because I don't intend on using it *that* often. **Bottom Line:** **Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lip Gloss **is a "take-it" or "leave it" gloss for me. **** **Ingredients**:Polybutene, Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), Silica Silylate, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Benzyl Benzoate, Tribehenin, Flavor (Aroma), Tocopheryl Acetate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbitan Isostearate, Tin Oxide, Palmitoyl OligopeptideMay Contain (+/-): Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Bismuth Oxychloride (CI 77163), Blue 1 Lake (CI 42090), Carmine (CI 75470), Red 6 Lake (CI 15850), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Red 28 Lake (CI 45410), Red 30 Lake (CI 73360), Red 33 Lake (CI 17200) orYellow 5 Lake (CI 19140)
