Watch out for this insurance company.  The premiums are good but the coverage is bad.  WATCH OUT for the calendar maximum for "outpatient treatement".  $2500.00.  If you ever need this insurance for out patient surgery you will be sorry.  Most surgery will take place as an out patient treatment.  Let's hope you never.... break an ankle that requires a cast... this is out patient surgery... or have a suspicious mole removed that turns out to be cancer.  They remove the rest of the mole as an "out patient" surgery.  $40,000 later.... your coverage will stop at $2500.00.  DO NOT TRY TO SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THE PREMIUM.  There are better plans for the same amount.  Good Luck!
