Great Grape Flavor

5

I have used Children's Tylenol for all my children raging from age 4 to 17. They all prefer the grape flavor over all the other flavors out there. It helps with all their aches and fevers. Works effectively, quickly with a nice flavor. Easy to dispense with a squeeze bottle so you don't pour out too much too quickly.

Always keep this in the medicine cupboard

I have been using Tylenol Children's medicine since they were old enough to take it. We have had 2 children with medical conditions that required several surgeries, and we have always used Tylenol to help with swelling, pain, and fever's associated with these procedures. Pros: easy to measure, easy to administer, most flavors are yummy (grape is the favorite), works fast, I've never had a problem with it staining clothes if they spit it out (as long as it isn't the cherry flavor). cons: if the child spits is out, then there is usually a sticky mess that follows. The cherry flavor is that unpleasant medicated cherry flavor. My kids have never like it, and I have to make sure to get the grape. This has been a great addition to my medicine cabinet. It comes in handy when my kids get a fever, or their mouth hurts from teeth coming in. Because of my daughter's medical needs, we have found that this works great when she gets headaches.

The grape flavored Tylenol is the best for my kids. They like the taste and love the smell. Its definitely no hardship to get them to take their medicine when they like it. I've used tylenol brand for years with all my children. We keep it at all times around here.

Children's Tylenol

Children's Tylenol has to be one of the most widely used pain reliever medications in the world and I for one will never leave home without it. What I like most about this "Godsend" is that it works quickly. On most occasions I notice a favorable improvement within 20 minutes/half hour. The Pediatricians tell you it is easier on the stomach than Ibuprofen and in my experience, it is. My kids have never vomited after taking this medication (where-as they have with Ibuprofen) and lets face it, it comes in some very agreeable flavors. The measuring cup, which comes as part of the package, is easy to use and the dosing guidelines are listed on the outside of the box. This medication is mild enough that it can be used to relieve pain/reduce fevers in children as young as 2 (that tells me how safe it is!). There has been many occasions I have needed this on a long road trip and it has turned what could have been a tricky situation into a memorable journey.

Children's Tylenol helps our sick baby feel better

4

Children's Tylenol is one product that I always have on hand. We have been using it since our now eighteen-month-old was just a few months old. Our pediatrician has recommended that we use it when he is suffering from an earache, cough, low grade fever or pain and fussiness following vaccinations. We have used it successfully for all of these purposes. Just last week our son went into a terrible coughing fit in the middle of the night. We gave him just a tiny spoonful of Children's Tylenol and within ten minutes or so he stopped coughing and was able to sleep, which in turn allowed us to sleep. I made sure to carry a bottle of Children's Tylenol with us on our last vacation just in case we needed it. Sure enough, all of us came down with some allergies and were coughing and sneezing. A spoonful before bed allowed our son to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed the next day. I've tasted the Children's Tylenol and I find it to be overly sweet but it doesn't taste medicinal and my son doesn't seem to mind it. It would be nice if the liquid were clear since the red color can stain if it spills on clothes, carpet or furniture. Also, the Tylenol makes my son really sleepy, which works well under most circumstances, but we can't use it if we're taking our son to daycare or planning to spend a day out in public. Even with those few negatives, Children's Tylenol has been a lifesaver to get through my son's mild childhood ailments and allowed us all to rest easier.

I used to keep this on hand for when my daughter would get sick. I also used the infant's variety for her as a baby. However, recent recalls on Children's Tylenol products have led to empty store shelves where these pain relievers used to be. I miss this because it worked really well, especially when she had a fever or when her teeth were coming in. Fortunately, there are many generic brands out there that are less expensive and work just as well as the name brand Tylenol. I still call them "tylenol" even if it is just generic acetaminophen suspension, which manages to confuse the heck out of my husband when I ask him to get out the children's tylenol. To me it is like saying "Kleenex" for tissue or "Band-Aid" for bandage.

It nice to have a product that you can trust. Tylenol works well for my 3year old.One important thing is the flavor. It has good flavor so that he will take it. My little one is picky about taste and texture.I would recomend childrens tylenol to any new moms out there.

Okay so we know that babies have to get their monthly shots and I believe thats exactly why Tylenol has launch Children's Tylenol. Everytime my daughter goes for her shots she gets a little fever and she fussy and in pain! Her doctor strongly recommend Tylenol. At first I thought will motrin be better hmmm? im a motrin gal myself it never fails me. But I decided to go with the doctor on this one. I give my daughter tylenol mostly when she get her shots but its also useful for fever and achy pains from colds! when ever shes sick or have a fever I can always count on Tylenol to pull through. It take about 30 mins until an hour for her to start to feel better and less fussy but when she start to feel it she goes right back to normal, playing and then when it really kicks in she's sound to sleep. so it relieves her pain and helps her rest. especially through out the night. there are different flavors although your child wont really notice especially infants. But hey you have a choice! Count on tylenol to help your child feel better!

Children's Tylenol is a great product for fevers

I am a single mom with not much cash flow, but when it comes to my kid I believe in giving her only the best.  I believe in using brand names because they stand by their product.  They test it to make sure it is effective.  When it comes to my kid I chose quality over quantity because she is important.  When she has a fever or is teething I use Children's Tylenol over Motrin or other no name brands, because it is effective.  She is only 17 months so often I will use Baby Orajel first when it is just teething.  She is prone to ear aches though and with them sometimes comes fevers when she gets that way I give her liquid grape children's tylenol.  She likes the taste so she is not going to spit it out.  That is a big thing because some medicines don't taste good and if you can't get the medicine to a kid it is not effective.  I like that it is concentrated so it has strength without having to give a large dose or often.  Recently by kid had croup and an ear infection at the same time she was running a fever of 102.  I gave her Children's Tylenol and within 30 minutes her fever was done to about 99.2 it made a big difference.  We still went to the emergency room and found out she had an ear infection as well.  All in all that last thing is why I trusted it so much it is so fast it brought her fever down in half a hour.  I don't need to wait for medicine to work when a fever is dangerous for a baby.
