This stool is super cute and looks great on our back patio. It is a great additional the patio furniture we already have out on our patio. I'm skeptical as to how long it's actually going to look good like it does right now when it's new. Since I live on the water I'm afraid the salt air will age this stool quick. That's not to say that it could last along time at someone else's house who isn't so close to the water. It seems like it's decently made, I've seen a lot of other cheaper made wicker stuff. I like the color of it, it's a nice rich color and hopefully the sun won't make it fade too badly when summertime comes. it looks very nice with all the other furniture we have. It works great as a stool. I think it was a great purchase for as long as it lasts, and I would definitely recommend others buying it, since it will probably hold up better for other people than myself. I have gotten compliments on it from guests that have seen it since it's purchase.

I have been a fan of Ty Pennington since he was on Trading Spaces. I have been a fan of his design line and furniture ever since he started years ago. So when I saw these Ty Pennington stools for sale in the store I knew I wanted them! I purchased two to use on the back patio and have loved the way they match the furniture I already had out there as well as how sturdy they are. They get climbed on and sat on on a regular basis and have still held shape and stayed as sturdy as they were the day I bought them. They were a little more spendy than I wanted to spend originally, but it has proven to be well worth it. They have great design. They hold up well in the weather, which where I live usually involves a lot of rain during the summer. They also are comfortable, like I said earlier, they get sat on and used as seats often. I am very happy with this purchase. If you are looking for some attractive and sturdy stools for outside, check these ones by Ty Pennington!

I'll be the first to admit, I'm kind of a sucker for all things wicker. I especially love the look of it in my backyard. As a result, I have quite a lot of wicker things in my backyard, and this is one of them. I got this with several other Ty Pennington wicker pieces, and they just add so much to my yard. I love how everything goes together. I will admit, however, that I don't use this stool as a chair or a seat. It's not the most comfortable thing you could be sitting on. I much prefer my patio chairs. It's sturdy for sure, but it's also hard and that can be painful to sit on. It is nice to look at, and I'll admit that we use it as a leg rest quite often, and sometimes as a place to set our lunch plate or magazines on. Because of the shape of the top and the fact that wicker is not flat, I don't recommend using it as a place to set drinks, because of the higher likelihood of spilling. So if you don't put drinks or bums on it, it is one useful piece of wicker.

The Ty Pennington Style Wicker Stool was a nice addition to my patio furniture. I'm extremely impressed with the solid build of this stool despite it being hollow. There is very minimum compression when I sit on it. I do have to use a stool cushion because I found sitting on it without one to be uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Once I added the cushion I can sit on this stool for hours without a problem. What I like most about this stool is that it repels water. I have left this stool out in the rain many nights and it still looks just as good as the day I purchased it. I also found using this stool as a foot rest to be more than adequate. The stool is about 17 inches high so my legs are typically parallel with the ground depending on the height of my chair. I would definitely recommend the Ty Pennington Style Wicker Stool because it is extremely sturdy, well priced, and will last a long time.

The Ty Pennington Style Wicker Stool is a really great addition to a game or lounge area around your house. I liked it because it was solid and durable as well. Although the outer area only shows wicker, the inside holds a steel frame. It was a good height as well for our younger children to sit comfortably on although, it is rarely used to sit on and is almost always used to place a plate, cup or ash tray on. In essence, this stool is pretty expensive, considering what it is currently being used for. The great thing about it is that it will likely last a really long time since it is tightly woven around steel. The down sides of this stool are few. One of the negatives is that it doesn't double as a storage bin. There is no area of it that is detachable to hold magazines or small toys. The second negative it that it is not too comfortable to sit on. It's pretty low to the ground - at about 18 inches high and sitting on wrapped wicker and steel is simply not the most comfortable choice. It's best as a foot stool or an end table stand-in.

This Ty Pennington Style Wicker Stool was purchased along with the swivel glider chair. The stool is very light in weight and we often carry it from one place to the other and also take it with us when we go on long vacation trips as it is quite handy. The stool is simple but yet quite strong and the design is classy. The look of this stool is quite attractive which was a reason why I purchased it. It has an antique and vintage look and is a hand woven piece which makes it very special. The wicker stool is very comfortable and strong as well and when I stand on it to reach the wall or higher areas, it does not move or slip and remains still on the ground. There is a one year manufacture's warranty on the labor and parts. The price of this stool is quite high but still its worth due to the material of which this product is made as it is made of a durable steel frame. The product is brown in color and weight 13 lbs only.

I have mixed feelings about the Pennington style wicker stool. This piece of furniture looks good with the other lawn furniture and fire pit that I own. The wicker stool is made of fine material and it does not show any wear from over three years of ownership. The stool is quite large and takes up more space than you think on the patio. The major issue I have with the stool is that it is not comfortable at all to sit on! I would only use this stool to put my feet up while sitting on another chair. I would definitely not count the wicker stool as a chair for company to sit on! The price of the wicker stool was also very expensive in my opinion. I would have liked to save my money and by another chair for the price of this stool. I would not recommend buying this for a chair. However, this would look nice on the patio if you can fit it with other lawn furniture and can afford the high price.

Although I have a few of the other pieces in the Ty Pennington Collection this has to be one of my favorites. It is a hand-woven "resin" wicker on a steel frame it is so sturdy and can be used indoors or outdoors. The rain will just roll right off of it. You can use as an extra seat, a side table or as it was designed a foot stool, but whatever use you put it to I know you will be as happy with yours as I am with mine. We liked ours so much that we went back and got another one for our outdoor area and one that we put in our bedroom and use as a side table. I like also that is has that vintage look to it and it was very reasonable priced. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a product that will stand the test of time and whose style will always be popular. I also think that Ty Pennington has a good eye for design and function when he made this stool it is just the right size and fit for any decor, I really do love it.
