I have a few of the Turbo Jam workout series by Beach Body that features Chalene Johnson. This is one of my least favorite workouts because it is hard to get through this routine. It took me months before I could actually get through it. I would do a bit more each time I exercised until I could make it through the entire routine. She will tell you that it should not be getting easier without you making it more challenging. Just about the time you think you cannot do another rep, she will talk you through the burn. You just know she can feel the same burn that you do. I use two lb. leg weights in addition to the strengthening band that sets the tone for the majority of this exercise dvd. It is about 30 minutes long and it targets just about every part of your body. It also has a section that targets your abs. This dvd is great for toning those arm muscles that are so hard to maintain. I may not like it, but I do it because it works. I highly recommend this exercise routine.
