I have problems with severe dry skin in the winter months, and so I got very excited when I saw in the store that Triple Paste made a severe dry skin and eczema cream. My son has very sensitive skin and eczema; when he was a baby he frequently suffered from diaper rash, and the Triple Paste medicated ointment for diaper rash always cleared it right up. It was amazingly effective, and so I assumed that the company's dry skin cream would probably be great also. Well, I was wrong. After several days of using it, I did feel and see SOME improvement, as compared to using no product at all, but I really wasn't very impressed. It didn't absorb very well. It's very thick and greasy-feeling, and when my hands are already dry and cracked, it doesn't feel nice at all to have to use lots of pressure and rubbing to spread this thick stuff. Once the cream is on, there is a small feeling of relief and improved moisture on my hands, but the cream mostly just sort of sits there rather than soaking in well, and then I get greasy stuff all over everything I touch. The list of ingredients is fairly short and not too frightening, which is good, but the cream has a sort of petroleum-product smell to it, I guess from the white petrolatum. I've heard that this cream works really well for some people, but it just doesn't impress me much. Effectiveness It helps, but it doesn't work nearly as well as I expected it would considering who it's made by. Scent The smell is not pleasant, but it at least is fairly faint. I have a VERY strong sense of smell, so many people might not smell it at all. Absorption It seems to just sit there on top of the skin.

Many of my reviews involve my now 16 month old son. A few weeks ago, my son started to develop a rash on his face and in the folds of his neck. This consisted of small red bumps. My husband and I attributed this to the weather, as I have experienced similar symptoms on my hands. We did some searching on the internet just in case. I had seen an ad in one of my parents' magazines about Premium Triple Paste. The ad said that it treats severe dry skin/eczema care. When I checked the product out at the local drug store, I noticed that it was rather expensive (most of the reliable products, at least for children, usually are). I bought the cream and applied it to the effected areas. We started to notice a real difference in a matter of a few days. Now, we apply a small portion on our son's face and neck each night. We have only seen an occasional flare up on his neck. I would recommend Premium Triple Paste to parents and adults who are experiencing dry skin.

Triple Paste Premium Triple Cream helped my son that was suffering from exzema on his cheeks. My son would get the worst dry rough skin patches on his face and then he would scratch them until they would bleed. I have tried many different products and nothing seemed to really work. My sister told me about the Triple Paste Premium Triple Cream for severe dry skin and eczema so I decided to try it. I was a little hesitant at first because it is expensive but I was ready for anything. The Triple Paste actually helped relieve a lot of the dry skin and eczema he had on his face. The Cream did not totally solve our problems but it definitely helped a lot. The face is a hard place because he is sucking on binky, his face gets wiped off multiple times a day, drinking and slubbber tend to keep his face wet. So I was not expecting a complete solution but he did get some relief. This was a huge help for my nephew that had dry and cracked skin behing his knees and this stuff has also worked great for him.

At about two months old, my daughter started to develop mild eczema and dry skin.  We were already careful at using unscented sensitive products on her as she has very sensitive skin.  She started to get rough dry patches on her arms and her legs, mostly her legs.  Nothing was helping it.  I went to the store, not knowing what I wanted to buy, and spent quite a few minutes in the baby aisle looking at all the eczema creams and dry skin creams.  I eventually settled on this cream.  I didn't know if it would work but it did!  It is very very thick and kind of hard to rub on her baby skin, but if you warm it in your fingers first it spreads a bit better.  You dont need much of this at all.  Within a few times of putting it on her, it started to help clear up her dry patches on her legs.  I have really dry hands in the winter, and my hands just started getting dry and they were burning.  I put some of this on the tops of my hands, and it helped it immediately feel better.
