Great ingredient to reduce costs. Crab has nice sweet flavor.
I always keep a couple of pounds of Trans-Global Crabmeat in my fridge incase I forget to thaw out meat for dinner. The crabmeat works great for last minute soups and crabcakes.Because the crabmeat is pasteurized I can forget about the crab for several months without worrying about the best buy date approaching. I do prefer Trans-Global's Indonesian Crab straight out of the can, but for the price of the Chinese Crabmeat I say just add a little more butter!
