I had been using another brand of Fish Oil capsules and was running low.  I was picking up so things from Trader Joe's and went to look for something else and came across the vitamin and supplement aisle.  I picked up a bottle of their Salmon Oil caps and have been now using them for 1 1/2 years.   Along with my flush-free niacin, diet and exercise I have lowered my cholesterol numbers into the normal range.  I like these because I just have to take one with dinner not several as other brands recommend.  I would recommend these to anyone interested in lowering their colesterol or keeping their numbers low.
