Trader Joe's frozen, organic brown rice is so simple but such a great item to keep in the freezer at all times.  Comes out perfect in no time at all and is great to have on hand for a quick meal or side.  I add this rice to soups, egg & veggie stir fry for breakfast and any other dish that calls for rice...  I especially like the fact that it is organic as rice is one of those things that is generally heavilly sprayed with pesticides.  I hope they continue to carry this item!

I have tried Trader Joes Organic Frozen Brown Rice on many occassions. I keep at least one box in my freezer for those busy nights when I don't have much time to cook a healthy meal. I stir fry some chicken breast, veggies, terriyaki sauce, olive oil and garlic, then pour it over a bed of Trader Joes Organic Frozen Brown Rice. It is tasty, nutritious, high in fiber, quick and convenient to make especially at the last minute. I definitely recommend this product, it's regularly available at Trader Joes in the Freezer section.
