I tried this for a get together at my home and my guests couldn't stop dipping.  Even my picky 15 year old son loved it.  The fact that it comes frozen and all you have to do is microwave it is just fabulous.  My only complaint is that is cools down quickly so you have to keep microwaving it to stay warm.  Otherwise it's great!

I need to start with i am a big fan of Trader Joe's.  I discovered my first Trader Joe's whn I was on vacation in the San Francisco area.  So differnt than indiana grocery stores.  the entire store was a delight.  I had to wait a while for a Trader Joe's to appear in indiana, but much to my delight, two opened in Indianapolis.  This is a two hour drive for me, but I am frequently in Indianapolis on buisness or visiting family.  I always look for new and fun items to try.  Last year, i was having a Christmas party and wanted to have a lot of dips on hand.  i typically make my own, but thought that this one sounded great.  i am not a fan of frozen dips, but since it was from trader Joe's thought I would give it a shot.  The dip is easy to heat up.  It takes about 3.5-4.5 minutes to throughly heat the dip.  I always stop midway to stir.  The dip was very tasty and was a hit.  everyone thought that I made it.  The dip was smooth and creamy with just enough spinach and artichokes in it.  Since then i have bought it several other times.  It also makes a nice spread on a speciality sandwhich giving sandwhiches a nice zing.  This is an A+++ dip that I highly recomend.
