I purchased this product 2 years ago and it is still working well and running fast. I enjoy the relative ease of browsing the web on a tablet that's isn't as bulky as a laptop. I think its well designed and even comes with a HDMI output, this way I can hook up my tablet to my TV and watch movies or youtube videos from the internet without having a smart tv. I have well over 150 apps on the tablet and even with so many apps it runs like new. The battery life is fine too, I take it on several long flights each year and it has yet to fail me. Overall, I would recommend this product. The only downside is that it sometimes becomes unresponsive and I have to power it off. But I guess that problems plagues much of technology. Ease of Use Very easy to use and best of all one can customize it very nicely once more familiar with the product and the OS. Design It's a bit thicker than the newest tablets but it's performance makes up for this. Durability I've dropped it before and the screen did not crack.

I received this Toshiba Thrive Tablet, which uses android, as a gift. I absolutely love it! If I could rate it a 10 I would! It's amazing. every time I pick it up , I discover something new about it. Ease of Use This is so easy to use , my adopted niece (a pre-schooler) uses it, when she comes to visit. Supervised of course! My teenaged daughter has claimed it the majority of the time. Google Play has so many free apps that you can put on it. She loves to play the games on it . Battery Life Mine is on for more than 8 hours a day and the battery has been going strong. She stays charged for quite a while. Support & Service I have not had any issues yet that required it. My husband did not buy any extra warranty protection, when he bought it. Speed/Performance I have not had any problems with this at all. She connects very fast. Pages load fast. Design The Toshiba Thrive has a nice large screen. It can be used either horizontally or vertically. I prefer to use it horizontally. I love the touch screen. t is very sensitive. It's slim and has some weight to it compared to other tablets. The adaptor is heavy and has a long cord. Durability My daughter and husband have dropped it a couple of times and surprisingly , it has not suffered and damage.

This tablet is a phenomenal tablet for two very distinct reasons. The first reason is that this tablet is one of the few tablets that support full size sdxc Flash memory cards. This means you can utilize normal SD cards up to 128 GB in size. The other impressive factor is the removable battery. Removable batteries are commonplace with Android phones but not quite as popular on tablets. In the very rare instance of a device lockup, the removable battery is a blessing. If you can find one still available, buy it without hesitation

Really good tablet. I love all the ports on it so you don't have to buy a bunch of accessories for it. The only down side is that it sometimes goes into a sleep and won't come out without a hard reset. Otherwise it is great! Support & Service Customer service agents are rude.
