I like this computer a lot. Toshiba is a great brand. Have problems with the cd/dvd drive... Cd's work, but DVD's don't. No one seems to know what the problem is. Ease of Use Beautiful computer. Windows 7 is simple for everyone. Battery Life If you use the battery that comes with the computer, you will be plugged in almost constantly. The battery doesn't last more than a couple hours, especially if you're playing a game or something like that. Support & Service I've only had the problem with the CD/DVD drive and service wasn't real great... I'm still under warranty, but service centers aren't covered under that warranty. I can ship it to Toshiba, costs a lot and be without a computer for over a week... Haven't decided yet. Speed/Performance It's not a real fast computer, but decent. Design Slim and sleek. I like it. Durability It's a computer... I don't know and am not going to test too much... I have kids and it's still fine. LOL
