I have only ordered from Toryburch.com once and it was a pair of shoes. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. I immediately received an email confirmation and my shoes shipped on time. My shoes also arrived to my house within the time specified when I made the order. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and were packed with extreme care and with 'fancy' wrappings. When I opened the postal box, the shoes were wrapped in a Tory Burch box, in tissue paper and included a traveling shoe bag. I was very excited to have the shoes, but also to see how well they were cared for, packaged and mailed. I do not have any negative comments to report about my shopping experience at ToryBurch.com. I would definitely order from them again, if and when I can afford another pair of Tory Burch shoes. I would recommend their site for speed, accuracy and care.

ToryBurch.com is one of my favorite websites since I don't know where else I would be able to purchase Tory Burch products. The website is set up in a way that is really easy to navigate, and it is not too overwhelming like some sites are. When you go to the homepage, you can select the department you're interested in shopping in. These include handbags, clothing, beauty, etc. After selecting the main department, there are additional breakdowns for the items so you don't have to search thru a lot of products. I like that there are detailed descriptions of the products, and there are good photos so you can see exactly what the products look like. There is also a portion that shows you what other products you might like after you view the initial item you clicked on. Another component of the website that is really nice is that you can add items to your wish list. This is perfect if you want to save something that you will be able to purchase in the future. The checkout process for this website is really easy, and every item I ever purchased shipped to me very quickly. The items look exactly like they do in the pictures.

I really like Tory Burch purses and I wanted to get one but the stores nearby did not have a good selection. The website itself has a nice design to it, it's easy to navigate, and it's pretty fast. The prices are exactly what you pay for in the physical stores unless there's a special deal which there usually isn't. Also, the website looks very elegant and modern much like her purses. The only thing is that it would be nice if you could somehow find the one you like online at an actual physical store so you can look at the purse before buying it. I've purchased stuff online before and when I received it in the mail and opened it, it didn't look exactly like it should. So that would be the only complaint I have about the website, is the option to find it in the stores and buy it there instead. Overall I would recommend this site if you can't find any good designs in the actual stores or in the department stores. There are a lot of good designs on their website that you can't find in stores.
