THIS ZERO TURN MOWER HAS CUT MY GRASS CUTTING TIME DOWN TREMENDOUSLY. MORE TIME TO SPEND WITH FAMILY AND DOING OTHER THINGS THAT I LIKE TO DO. THE 50 INCH CUT IS REALLY NICE AND THIS MOWER IS EASY TO WORK ON AND CLEAN UP. WILL LAST MANY YEARS IF YOU TAKE CARE OF IT.

I bought the 42 inch zero turn toro mower about 2 years ago. This purchase was one of the best purchases that I have every made regard my lawn equipment. The benefits of having a 42 inch zero turn toro mower are numerous. It use to take me about 4 hours to cut my yard using a walk behind mower now it only takes me two and half hours. I also get a nice comfortable seat with armrest. I normally cut my yard about every to weeks. With the 19 horse power kohler motor the grass doesn't stand a chance. I can side shoot the grass or I can add the mulching attachment. This 42 inch zero turn toro mower is one of the easiest mower that I have every had to perform maintenance on. Changing the oil is one of the easiest that I have ever had to change. The mower deck is also easy to remove when it's time to replace or sharpen the two blades. One of the neatest thing on the 42 inch zero turn toro mower is the deck cleaner. After you use the mower you can attach a quick connect to your water hose and attach it to the top of the deck on the mower and clean anything that is stuck on the deck with out having to remove it. The deck on the 42 inch zero turn mower is one of the easiest decks to every clean.

I bought the Toro Z453 Zero Turn with the 23hp kawasaki. It performs above my expectations. In the 5 years I have owned it, the only problem I encountered was the idler pully mount bolt and tension spring which was easily repaired. This mower is sturdy, well designed but a bit heavy coming in at 1150 pounds. Over the years, my family had purchased several "disposable" type mowers like craftsman riders. Their flimsy decks rusted out of got bent easily during routine use. The engines were problematic as well over time. While you pay alot more for a toro commerical duty (typically around 6k) compared to 2-3k for a decent "disposable", I would rather buy a mower that could very well last the rest of my life then have to make repeated purchases with the disposables. This mower is fantastic.

With so much yard work to complete, mowing the lawn was the most difficult thing to handle among them all. After trying out the *Toro Toro Turn Lawnmower*, yard work has now become really simple to me. I have a friendly neighbor that uses this type of mower and I can assure anyone that the results of using it are really something I did not expect at first. I tried his lawnmower for myself and he was right about how more effective it works compared to the average lawnmower. For example, my own lawnmower proved that it was hard to trim tall grass that was too thick or firm to mow completely (not to mention that the constant walking all over the lawn during the mowing process stains my good pants and socks). But thanks to this mower that you sit on and steer around like a car, stains have now become minimal to me. I was satisfied with how ingenious it was that a lawnmower of this design can now be driven all over the lawn like a car, trimming tall grass without so much difficulty. I would definitely recommend this to people who struggle constantly with yard work.

I used to use Cub Cadet mowers but switched to Toro riding mowers and the quality upgrade is very noticible.  My theory now is you get what you pay for.  The Toro mower seems to be in good condition much longer.

Zero turn mowers don't allow for the pulling of attachments! You don't save any time cutting the grass if you have to walk the lawn putting out fertilizer, weed killer, insect killer, and hauling dirt etc. They don't tell you that when you are buying it, do they. What a rip off! Now I'm stuck with having to walk the yard and taking 5 times the time it use to take me! They should put a notice on the info. on the mower that states 'this mower will not accept attachments', happy walking!

The Toro Z turn mower is the best mower I have ever owned.  We used to always have Snappers, but due to back problems I had to change and decided to try the Toro ZT.  The ride is great, easy on my back, and the handling is awesome and the cut is the best.  So easy to handle even us seniors can do it !!!

Oh my goodness, I just love my toro zero turn radius lawn mower my husband bought for me a few years ago.  I was mowing with a delapidated mower and requested a new riding mower.  I just wanted a small simple mower and thoroughly intimidated by the size of our  mower when my husband purchased it.  I love beign outside working in the yard and for this reason I am the one who does most of the mowing.  Our toro is so simple to use. In the beginning I was running over everything, the flowers, the fence, shrubs.  It didn't take me long to get used to driving my new mower.  Due to the width in which it cuts I can be done mowing in no time and we have over an acre to mow.  It does such a beautiful job and our lawn is one of the most manicured looking lawns in the neighborhood.  I wouldn't trade my toro lawn mower for any other.  My husband and son even offer to mow now that we own a mower that is fun to use.
