Does the Job

This waffle maker isn't too fancy and it's not to expensive, it doesn't rotate like the other cooler more expenisve waffle makers. BUY hey it does the job. All you gotta do is make your own waffle batter which is super easy to find since we all have the internet now a days and its everywhere on our phones, on the computer, and you can even call some one if you don't have the internet haha BUT getting back to the point all you gotta do is pour it in close the lid and wait for the light to turn green and your done! Super simple and easy just be careful to not put too much batter becasue it WILL overflow and leak out and get super messy just fill it up so you cover the wholes and that its in between the waffle hole cracks. They turn out tasty and flaky but that's all up to your recipe! Go out and buy it, if you don't mind not rotating it and spending less money I'm sure you'll love this!

Small, easy to use, simple, Belgian waffle maker can't miss

4

I like waffles. I especially like the Belgian style that you find at breakfast restaurants, usually topped with loads of strawberries in syrup and mounds of whipped cream. Yum! Even low-end hotels with free breakfasts are now installing Belgian waffle makers that you can use yourself. But I don't have room in my kitchen for the big, rotating, ultra-hot waffle bakers that are required for this type of waffle. Enter the tiny Toastmaster. It isn't high-end, it doesn't rotate, and it doesn't produce tall, fluffy/crispy waffles. What it does do is simple: the **Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker **allows you to make a small batch of nicely browned waffles that are somewhat taller than old-style waffles made in old-fashioned waffle bakers, but not much. And although it is easy to clean, this Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker has a drawback, too: It leaks! Unless you get just the right amount of (or too little) batter into your **Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker, **you're going to have overflow. I usually miscalculate and end up with drips or flows of extra batter on the countertop. Next time I buy a waffle baker, I'm going to make sure it has deep wells for overflow. (Or I could just learn to mesure.)  There isn't a timer on the **Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker. **You have to set a kitchen timer and check after about 2.5 minutes. That's usually enough. Bottom line: this is an inexpensive, adequate waffle maker that will do just fine for a couple of people (or more, if they are VERY patient), It won't make great waffles, but it will make waffles that will do until you can afford the money or kitchen space for a really top-end version. Settings/Features I wish it had a "Done" light

Easy to use Waffle Maker!

4

This waffle maker is great for making delicious Belgian waffles.  I have used it with the Krusteaz brand of Belgian waffle mix, and it works wonderfully.  Just plug it in, let it heat up, and you are ready to pour the batter in.  There is no timer or buzzer or anything, so I do have to monitor the waffles every few minutes, but that isn't really a problem.  The waffle mix does not stick to the waffle maker, which makes for easy clean up.  One complaint I have about the waffle maker is that some of the batter sometimes seeps into the framing of the appliance and that part can be kind of hard to clean.  Other than that, I definitely recommend this waffle maker to anyone looking for a quick and easy breakfast.  I love small and easy-to-use appliances, and this one does not disappoint!  The waffles it makes are comparable to gourmet, restaurant-style Belgian waffles, and the simplicity of the appliance can't be beat! Durability It dropped from the counter and shattered! Very durable for every-day use until an accident happens.

Not an easy to clean waffle maker!

2

I've had this Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker for quite a few years and it work's great and is easy to use , but I have been dissapointed in the tittle of it being "EASY CLEAN" because it sure isn't! I honestly don't make waffles as often as my family would like due to the fact that it can be annoying and tedious to clean after using it.It usually takes a few different things to take the gunk out of the batter that falls on the back and sides.I ususally have to prepare beforehand with a few toothpicks, butter knife and lot's of papertowels to get this sucker cleaned out well.*I hate that the batter falls into tiny cracks that the waffle maker has that is tough to clean out and it takes too much time that the next time my family ask's for waffles I have to think about if I want to take 15 minutes to clean the waffle maker after using it. So I don't think it should be named "easy clean" since it isn't easy to clean at all!*

Really basic, no frills, but gets the job done!

This toastmaster waffle maker is really basic, no bells, no whistles, it does exactly what its supposed to--make waffles. I don't know why they claim that this darn thing is "Easy to Clean"...it really isn't. Since your supposed to just wipe it clean, I can't manage to get into the knooks and crannies. Raw batter cooks as the waffle itself is cooking in the cracks and crannies! It is extremely hard to get out. I've just had to get a coarse brush and start brushing all that cooked batter to get it to fall out. I can't think of an easier way. I have to say, it cooks the waffle batter very well though...the waffle comes out nice and evenly cooked. The only other con is that the outside of the appliance is extremey HOT when in use.

Easy to use waffle maker

4

This waffle maker is great for the price.  Easy to use and simple to clean.  This waffle maker is small enough to store easily and makes nice, warm waffles.  This waffle maker heats up in about 5 minutes or so and has a red/green light on the top to let you know when the waffles are ready to remove.  Sometimes the light can be inaccurate so you do have to carefully watch your waffles!  Also, if you put a little too much batter in the maker, it will overflow.  The waffles easily come off the maker, and I have had no problem with the waffles sticking.  It is also a cinch to clean the waffle maker.  This waffle maker does not produce the fluffiest waffles, but with a good recipe the waffles are delicious!  It does take several minutes to make each waffle, so this is not a breakfast you want to make if you are short on time.  Bottom line is that this waffle maker makes good waffles, is simple to use, easy to clean, and a good price.

The Toastmaster Easy Clean Waffle Baker is a great addition to any kitchen. The waffle iron heats up quickly and efficiently. The waffle iron also is non stick which makes perfect waffles and makes clean up easy. The Toastmaster works so efficiently that every weekend we makes waffles and freeze them for work day mornings.
