i use my bread machine every week. i use it for mixing my bread dough and letting it raise. i do take it out and bake in my oven though. seems to get too dark when i bake in the machine. i have made french dough for pizza crust. i let the machine mix it up and raise it then i take it out and let rise again and bake it in my oven. i have made sweet dough in it for cinnamon rolls. it is very easy to set. just follow the directions in the manual. the mixing container in the machine comes out for easy cleaning. i have never had a problem with the dough sticking in it. the outside of the machine wipes off easily too. i highly recommend this bread machine.
