This is a great first cup. I was looking everywhere for a sippy cup that was NOT plastic for my little one and was a bit skeptical of the glass cups. I love that it is stainless and not plastic. I always like to introduce my little ones to a straw before a traditional sippy and this cup is perfect. I love that you have the option to use it as a straw cup or a sippy cup. You also have the option to have handles or take them off depending on your child. The cup comes with a valve for the straw and also a stopper to use when you are throwing it in your bag to prevent leaks. It also has a protective sleeve that is removable for easy cleaning. Unfortunately it is still made in China. There are several parts to clean but it is worth it in the end. I actually have two for my son and it has been my go to gift for first birthdays. This is a very durable cup. My son drops it at every meal and it hold up great. It is a very stylish cup and comes in a variety of colors. I love this cup and would recommend it to anyone.
