It seems really truthful, simple, and requires you to make the changes instead of taking a pill. I would recommend this diet to anyone looking to lose weight, live healthier, and over all feel better. If you are looking for fast results, to shed a couple of pounds for an event, or to not change your eating habits this probably wouldn't be the best option for you.
