I don't diet anymore because I have come to realize that there is no quick fix to lose weight. It's just simple eat right, exercise, sleep and drink water. In the past though I did try this diet and I will say that it was just a waste of money. Don't do it. If you are on any liquid diet you will probably lose something. I did this one before an important event to try to fit more comfortable into my clothes. It was not worth it. You end up just feeling hungry and light headed, especially if you are working out during it. It just feels like one of those scam things to get people's money. If you are going to do something liquid like this just get some fruits and veggies and juice. So much more healthier and better for you. I was surprised to see that they still sell this stuff. Horrible!! Don't buy! You will just gain the weight back right away. It doesn't work!! Effectiveness It is not effective. You might lose a little weight, but you can lose the weight on any juice type diet. If you aren't having many calories and working out of course you will lose weight. This is not a miracle anything! Side Effects I felt light headed throughout the day and had some headaches, which I don't normally get. Ease of Use It's easy to use.

I did the Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet with a group of people on retreat and I hated it. I drunk the 4 ounces of juice mixed with the 4 ounces of water every 4 hours. This is the only thing you can drink or eat on this diet. The taste of this juice is horrible, but since it's the only calories I had all day I cherished every drop. While during this diet I had to perform physical activities that suffered poorly due to a lack of energy. While I was jogging I started to drift away mentally. I was jogging, but my mind was some place else. This doesn't usually happen to me unless I don't eat carbohydrates before exercising. I found myself wanting to just sit down and do nothing for the rest of the day. Another thing I noticed is that I found myself going to the bathroom more frequently. At the end of the diet I had lost 6 pounds, but it all came back in less than a day. I definitely wouldn't recommend the Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet for people serious about healthy weight loss.

I bought two bottles of this because it said it was safe to use it twice in a week. The 24-hour miracle diet is supposed to help cleanse you and help you lose five pounds overnight. I assumed this would probably cause me to lose water weight and that it contained caffeine. I was mistaken. The bottle recommends drinking a lot of water. I drank a glass of water before getting ready to drink my first bottle of this stuff. After I opened a bottle of the diet drink and took a sip, I immediately got another glass of water. The drink tastes horrible. I felt like I was drinking cough syrup and prune juice. I managed to choke it down in shots while chasing it with water. After I finished the bottle, I couldn't get the taste of this drink out of my mouth. I even tried gargling with Listerine but the taste was still there. About four or six hours after drinking this, my stomach started cramping severely. I felt as if my period was about to begin. My left side was hurting so much I was crippled over in pain. Throughout the course of the night I was on the toilet with bowel movements. First they were normal but eventually turned to diarrhea. I got very little sleep that night. When I finally slept, I woke up dehydrated, sweating, and weak. I was about four pounds lighter but it came right back within two days. I basically just drank a laxative. This is not a diet. This is damaging and a gimmick. If your colon is backed up, buy something off the shelf and stay clear of this product. The severe cramping was not worth it. Effectiveness This cleanse your colon out but you gain the weight right back within a day or two. Side Effects This diet is horrible. I was in severe pain and near tears. Ease of Use It tastes awful and I had to gag it down.

I have always been a little on the thick side. At my heaviest I weighed 190 pounds and I only stand at 5 feet 1 inches with shoes on. I find myself on a roller coaster trying any diet that requires no exercise. This has not worked for me. When I made the step to start exercising I wanted something that would help boost my body so I bought the Hollywood 24-Hour Miracle Diet. I bought this drink because of the quality healthy ingredient's it contained. It is made of natural products and is safe. It contains antioxidants, and loaded with vitamins that promote energy. I have heard a great deal about Acai and have tried Garcinia Cambogia so this was a plus for me because I was already familiar with this product. This product helps detox the body and really helps when you exercise. It doesn't give you energy but helps jumpstart weight loss if you eat healthy and exercise. I have really enjoyed having this product in addition to my Zumba class that I take, and overall feel and look healthier. I don't know about the claims of loosing 5 pounds in a 24 hour period, this has not been my experience, but I do know I feel like I am getting the nutrients I need when I drink this when I exercise. I try to use it at least twice a week but no more than that. It tastes pretty good so it doesn't feel like I am drinking something horrible. Recommend this product if you exercise regularly and want something to boost your energy level. Side Effects It made me feel full but other than that I didn't have any side effects. Ease of Use Add water, mix, and drink.

I bought Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet when it was recommended to me by my friend who tried it and said it worked. I went and bought two bottles praying I would shed weight and help clean me out. After reading the instructions of Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet, it was simple and easy to take but the taste was beyond nasty! I started drinking the whole product like it said and within a hour my stomach started to hurt so bad I thought I was dying. I got sharp pains in my stomach and had to run not walk to the bathroom. I was in the bathroom all night long and the whole next morning, I couldn't leave the bathroom for fear I would not make it back in time. It defiantly cleans you out but not worth all the pain involved in the process. I will never buy this again wouldn't recommend this product to anyone! I feel this product shouldn't be used at all if you plan to sleep at all or if your thinking about leaving your house at all within 24 hours after using Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet. The only miracle I think was I didn't ruin my stomach after using it.

I am always looking for a fast and easy way to lose weight. I have tried so many different products and different ways to do this, but after I tried The Hollywood 24-Hour Miracle Diet, I realized that there is no fast way to lose weight. I bought 3 bottles of The Hollywood 24-Hour Miracle Diet when I first heard about it. I was so excited to try it because it seemed like a good product to me. The way this product was advertised made it seem like it was worth the money I paid for it. I was completely wrong. When I drank the first bottle, luckily I was home because I pretty much spent the entire night in the bathroom emptying my stomach. I literally used the bathroom more than 10 times that night. I will admit that it made my stomach feel a bit flatter and a lot lighter so I thought I would be loosing at least some water weight, but after I finished all 3 bottles, there was no change in my body at all. I did not lose not one pound. I just had a flatter stomach for a few days that's all. The Hollywood 24-Hour Miracle Diet is an expensive product that was not worth purchasing. There is definitely no miracle about it.

I bought the Hollywood 24 hour miracle diet in hopes of shedding a few pounds for a up coming holiday party. I thought that I would drink it and lose a little bit of water weight and not look so bloated in my dress. I took it and not 5 hours later I had to go to the bathroom. Not just once, but continuous through out the whole day. I didn't leave the house because I was too afraid of an accident happening. The following day I felt so dehydrated and exhausted, I could barely do anything. I drank large amounts of water through out the whole day. The stuff tastes so bad that you have to drink an 8 ounce glass of water after every sip. It leaves an after taste all day that you can get rid of no matter how much mouth wash you use. If you're looking to lose some water weight which is what this product is, just take some pills. Don't make yourself sick by forcing yourself to drink this crap.
