To say that I have a passion for updating my home might be some what of an understatement these days. It is for that reason that I am grateful for The Bathroom Depot. Since I am not typically good at D.I.Y. projects I am quite limited to what I can purchase at this site. I am pretty much limited to accessories for bathrooms, kitchens and kitchen cabinets. I have much luck in finding accessories that make my home feel quite a bit more functional. I decided to purchase the toilet paper stand because it prevents me from having to store the toilet paper under the sink and it makes it extremely difficult to forget how our toilet paper stock is doing. I have also purchased several types of wall mounts for the bathroom as well. They were very easy to install and arrived in perfect condition as well. The pricing on the items I have purchased thus far has been more than acceptable and I am actually n the process now of making an additional purchase from the site. Items have been shipped to my home 3 separate occasions and I haven't experienced any difficulty so far. I would recommend this site to family or friends in a heart beat and see myself being a customer for years to come.

In January I purchased a linen tower that was in stock. I was told that delivery would be appoximately two weeks. Several weeks and many phone calls later, I tried to cancel my order. I could no longer speak to anyone on the phone from the bathroom depot. My calls were transferred to a live answering service who would take messages, but no one called back. I had to contact my credit card company to refund my money. I also contacted the attorney general for comsumers regarding fraudulent activity. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! THEY ARE A RIPOFF!

I saw this mosaic tile at Lowes but it was a special order item  so I decided to look on the internet to see if I could find it cheaper since I had to wait for it anyway . I found it at The Bathroom Depot for less money and free shipping. so I placed my order and waited for it's arrival. Well , I received an email saying that it was on back order and no estimate of when it would arrive.  I called after a few weeks and was told they would get back to me after they check with the shipping dept. but that never happened. So it's been over a month now and I plan on cancelling soon and hopefuly getting my money back.  If you need tile,go with a reputable company and don't waste time looking for so called bargains that don't materialize.

When you first arrive at this so-called bathroom superstore website, you are greeted with a banner that asks the question: Why Shop at **TheBathroomDepot.com**?  According to the website, shoppers are supposedly going to receive "Expert Customer Service" and "Save Money & Time" but sadly, those promises did not materialize in my case. I found** TheBathroomDepot.com** via a generic Google search for mosaic glass tiles.  I am thinking about a project for one of my bathrooms, and I thought it would be nice to sample a few sheets of tile before placing a large order.  I didn't have any difficulty navigating the website and picking out the tile I wanted.  The website functioned well enough for that task.   The problem occurred *after* I made the purchase. I was expecting a shipping confirmation email like most websites send out.  When I didn't get one after several days, I decided to log into my account to see if I could find the status of my order. The first issue I encountered was that even though I had created an account on their website, I was unable to track my order.  Even when I attempted to enter the order number provided in the email confirmation, the system could not recognize it.  I tried to find my order by using the order date, and still their system contended I had no order.  I decided to try their *Expert Customer Service* [/sarcasm] for assistance and called the toll free number. A friendly rep answered the phone and took my information.  After a brief pause, he found my order but couldn't seem to tell me whether or when I could expect it to ship.  He said something to the effect of, "Oh, it should have shipped by now.  It will probably go out today or tomorrow."  A little slow, but ok.  Fine. After several more days elapsed in which I heard nothing from the company, I called again.  This time, I was told the warehouse employees were off for 2 days due to concerns about an approaching storm.  I was assured that my order was surely already in process ready to ship when they returned.  "Well," I thought, "you can't do anything about Mother Nature."  So I agreed to wait a little longer.  He said he would call me back the next day to give me a precise shipping date.  He didn't. Nearly a week later, I still hadn't received the promised call-back to tell me where my tiles were.  I called again and the rep told me that he had no explanation as to why they weren't shipped.  He'd talked to someone in the warehouse and was told that maybe - *maybe?* - the package would ship out at the *end of the week*.  **Maybe?!! ** At this point, I knew I was fighting a losing battle.  An order containing merchandise that was IN STOCK still hadn't been shipped in three weeks.  That was completely unacceptable and I asked to have the order cancelled and my credit card refunded immediately.  **TheBathroomDepot.com** has a professional-looking website that is clearly all window dressing.  When it comes to customer service and order fulfillment, your guess is as good as theirs; which is to say, they never had a clear answer as to why my tile wasn't shipped promptly.  How can you run a reputable business and not have any idea why the warehouse workers won't put a couple of sheets of in-stock tile into a box and slap a mailing label on it?    If you are planning a bathroom remodel or even a smaller project you should do yourself a favor by **not **putting TheBathroomDepot.com on your list. You won't save time and money because you'll be calling them every other week, only to receive shrugs from the unknowledgeable "Expert Customer Service" staff who won't have any idea where your order is.  If they can't get a small order right, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a larger, more important one.

Don't waste your time with this company, if you can call it that.   I came across this site in search of vanities.  Professional looking website but non-existent customer service-they charged my credit card for the full amount and I cannot get any information on my 1.5 month overdue order.  My account states it's "processing".  I contacted them via their customer support number, after asking some questions regarding my order they tell me that they are just the rollover support, the messaging service.  This happened twice.   They could not and would not return my request for status.  I called twice and each time "they'll take a message to pass onto the office".  This is a company to report to internet fraud division and if you've been a victim of this site, you should think about doing the same.

I searched google for a Nameeks vanity.  Up pops The Bathroom Depot.  They have it for a few hundred dollars less than other stores. I'm excited and decide to order said vanity.  I call them before ordering because I see an ad on google for 7% off, yet, chagrin, in my cart at the site, it's only 2% off.  When I call, a very nice sales woman says she'll call me back with a coupon for the difference.  Yippee!  She doesn't call.  I call her back.  She says that the vanity's legs are different, and that it would be more expensive.  I say fine (why argue?), how do I order the new, different-leg-more-expensive one?  She passes me through to a "supervisor" who tells me that he'll look in to it and call me back in an hour.  A day goes by.  I call him back, I wait on hold for 30 minutes.  I have talked to Nameeks (they only sell through distributers) and they have plenty in stock.  So, I am trying very hard not to be pessimistic and think that they are just full of it (and will revise my review if they call me (or email me, I've now written to them as well) back and I actually get it).  But, I would also recommend to anyone thinking of buying from this store that they call to check that they actually have what you're buying.

We ordered 2 bathroom vanities from The Bathroom Depot about 2 months ago.The price was great and  they had the order shipped out the following day. We had received an email confirmation that the order was shipped along with a tracking number and the carrier which they used to ship it out with. 3 days later we received our vanities . the pieces were purchased a great price compared to other online sites and the shipping carrier was very pleasant when delivering the items inside our house. The whole transaction was very smooth . The customer service person who assisted us before buying could not have been more helpful. Overall, I was greatly satisfied with the level of service purchasing from this online store.
