I've tried several generic topiramates for migraine and found taking twice the dose as the brand name produced many side effects and still many headaches. I've been buying band name from Canada. I finally found TEVA generic and it's working at the same dose as the brand name - 100 mg. Recommend switching over to generic slowly as the drug uptake feels quite different at the same dose, but at least I'm not getting headaches. Much cheaper too :)
