The Grill O Griddle was given to me as a Christmas gift. I have enjoyed using it and I must say that the griddle has been very useful.The Grill O Griddle is made of super conductive cast aluminum.One side is a grill and you simply flip it over and you have a griddle.It fits over two stove top burners and it can be used on either gas or electric stoves.The Grill O Griddle is designed for healthy cooking by draining the greasy fats away from the meats so you will not consume the fats. The griddle side gives me a larger area in which to cook than I had to cook pancakes and eggs on. I either had to cook pancakes,one at the time or use two frying pans at the same time,cooking two pancakes at the same time.This griddle cuts cooking time in half for me and the pancakes cook well on this griddle also. I can't say as much on the positive side for the grill. It only does an Okay job cooking meat. I think the George Forman Grill does a much better job of indoor grilling. **Bottem Line: Like I said at the beginning of this review, the Grill O Griddle was a gift. I would not purchase this myself so I CAN NOT RECOMMEND this. Save your money.**
