My husband and I are big snackers.  We like to watch a lot of movies, and a good snack is almost always involved.  We also like to order spinach and artichoke dip when we go out to eat, so I knew we were going to love this one, and we do! **Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix** is great because it is not only delicious, but extremely easy to make too.  Simply mix the dip mix with cream cheese and some Swiss cheese, and heat in the microwave.  If you prefer, you could sprinkle some more Swiss cheese on top and bake it in the oven until the cheese gets bubbly. This dip is great because neither the spinach, or the artichoke are overwhelming flavors.  I think it has more of an artichoke flavor, than a spinach.  This dip has a nice texture and flavor, and is super creamy and cheesy.  It's one of my favorites in the Tastefully Simple catalog.  You can dip crackers in it, but I like to dip some crusty French bread that has been cut into cubes.  I recently made a wonderful variation.  I made the dip, added a can of lump crab meat, added extra cheese on top and baked it until the cheese on top was golden and served it as an appetizer.  It was SO good!  Everyone loved it!  If you like warm, yummy dips, you're sure to love this one!
