Order was a food item gift and suppose to be delivered within 10 days. It took over three weeks to be delivered and ruined being food. I informed Swiss Colony staff and was informed would not order again and the man said "ok" Shipping prices are inflated, delivery times are ridiculous, and staff is rude! Lost my business after 12 years!

I love the variety they have to offer and you can find something for everyone on your list and even the surprise last minutes gifts you need in a hurry. Ease of Use I love the ease of the site. I can search quickly and without hassle. I find exactly what I am looking for and never have to work double hard to weed out things I don't want. Product Selection They literally have everything you can think of on this site. I am always surprised at the variation of products they have to suit even the pickiest person. Product Pricing They are reasonably priced on almost all of the items they sell. I can say you won't have any regrets spending money on this site. I have purchased presents from Swiss Colony over the past couple of years, and while the products always come as described I have found them to be a little overpriced and shipping was a little slow. In one case, not showing up until days after they were promised. Other than those couple of problems, Swiss Colony is a pretty good company to do business with. They have a good selection, with a variety of products both edible and inedible. They have gifts for just about anybody you could be shopping for, and have multiple ways of ordering. The website is easy to navigate, had good selection and is easy to use. You can also order via the phone or by mail. So it has options that a lot of online companies dont offer. Overall they aren't a bad company and truth be told I will probably order from the again, when I am not needing something on a specific day. Ease of Use Website is well set up, easy to use and organized well. Attractive and catchy. Product Selection Good product selection as mentioned above. Found a lot of different and great products when shopping. Product Pricing I wasn't too bent out of shape about the pricing, but it also wasn't the best. Customer Service Customer service was good, they answered my question when I called and were friendly about it.

The SwissColony.com site is really something to check out. They have many sub categories to make it easier to find a specific gift for a women or a man or a child ect. I thought that was really nice of them. They have a wider variety of gifts and gift baskets than a good majority of their competitors. It is my absolute favorite area of the site to browse and shop. The gifts and baskets are quite unique in style and are very creative and cute as well. You will truly be in awe at the uniqueness of their gifts. One of my personal favorites is the musical humming bird egg. I have never seen anything quite like it. As far as the regular chocolates and petit fours go, I enjoy the petit fours the most. Everything I have ever had the opportunity to try or buy from SwissColony.com has been exceptional in quality and appearance. Their customer service is wonderful as well. The items always arrive neatly packaged and in one piece. The packaging itself is always made of quality materials and very attractive. Their shipping process is quick and easy. You can also easily keep track of your order online. I would definetely encourage everyone to take a cruise through the site and browse a bit. I just received an order from Swiss Colony and I have to say that I have tasted a portion of each of the three boxes. The decorated cookies are absolutely delicious, the truffles are so rich tasting and the Petit Fours are so yummy. The decorated cookies are a nice size -- not too big -- just the right size to satisfy a sweet tooth and they look so pretty so they will look nice set out on a tray along with the truffles and the Petit Fours. Thank you Swiss Colony for such great tasting treats at a very affordable price. I have ordered these three items for Christmas for the past several years and have always found that they are well received when our family gathers together and they don't last very long. Next year I am going have to branch out and order something different but these three items will remain part of my order. I have ordered other Christmas goodies in the past but they have never measured up to these Swiss Colony sweet treats.

The swiss colony is a website where you can get yummy gift assortments that you usually only see in the store around Christmas time. I have noticed that they have a few non food products like stuffed animals, decor, jewelry, etc, but not much. I ordered my daughter a cute little hippo that says it's prayers and she loves it! With the swiss colony, you can choose to buy now and pay later which is what I did. You have to first add items to your cart and place your order to apply. I personally didn't like that. I would rather apply and get a credit limit before I do my shopping. Once you start making your payments on a regular basis, they will continue to up your credit limit. They know that will make you want to shop more, so eventually your credit limit will be really high. You have to be careful not to spend it all because you really don't want to be paying on it for the rest of your life. Also the more you spend, the higher your monthly payments will be. Aside from all that, their food is wonderful! I'm in love with all of their sweets! They offer gluten and sugar free candy and chocolate as well! I love their truffles and peppermint patties and my daughters love their zoo chocolate because it has faces of zoo animals on it! They also sell this great cheese like spread that I put on my crackers and sandwiches. They have tons of flavors, but my favorite are the crab delight and garlic. I really enjoy their breakfast gift sets too! They also carry cheese and summer sausage, but I haven't tried that yet.

I just recently started shopping at SwissColony.com and so far, I really like it. I was having trouble coming up with gift ideas for a few of my family members and while I was searching for websites with nice gifts, I came across the Swiss Colony website. I first realized that they offer the buy now, pay later option which I liked because holiday shopping can get very expensive. Having the option to save some money now and pay later is great. I've only made one purchase so far but it was a big one. The items were packaged well and they came in nice little boxes. I'm still going to wrap them but if you didn't want to, they looks nice just as they are. I mainly bought food gift sets. A couple of them having sausages and cheeses in them and a couple of others that were more sweet, including a set of six sampler boxes of their Petits Fours. I plan to give those to my kids teachers, the mailman, etc. I hope they taste as good as they look because the presentation is nice. SwissColony.com is probably best known for their food gift sets but they also sell other items such as toys, home accessories, and collectibles. If you are having trouble coming up with a gift idea for someone, I would recommend this website. I've seen gift sets that are somewhat similar in the store, but the ones by Swiss Colony are truly unique and from what I can tell, are of better quality.

We have been ordering various food items from Swiss Colony for years. We look forward to receiving their new catalogs every year and make sure that we order before December 31 because you can get some items for free with a purchase. The foods are great tasting and we enjoy treating ourselves and others ,especially for the holidays. One of the things that we really like about Swiss Colony is that in the back of their catalog they have many items that you can order postpaid. I usually check out the catalog and then go to their website with an idea of what I am going to order. Although, once on the website, I like to look around . Ordering from Swiss Colony is easy, and if for some reason you have a problem with a gift code, they willing to help .(If I have any questions, I wil call them before I place the final order.) They have always been friendly, helpful and stand behind their products.

I remember getting this catalog for at least the past twenty five years and always enjoy looking at the selection of food and gift items that they carry. Now you can look online at all they have to offer. They have everything in the way of cheese, pepperoni or dried sausage, relishes and fancy mustards and also cakes and candies that look delicious. I ordered a couple of things off the site last year and was happy with my purchase. Be advised though that the items look a lot bigger online and when they arrive they are much smaller than you would think. The shipping is fair. The quality of the items is good, I have never had a problem with anything being old or did not taste good. Generally I just buy a couple things to give to my mailman or other delivery driver and to keep one around the house in case an unexpected guest shows up. Customer Service is very helpful if you have a problem or want to ask specifics about an item you may buy. The site is very nice and easy to navigate. The Swiss Colony offers a wide variety of decadent and delicious goodies. They are offered in the form of gift baskets and gift trays, but I am guilty of ordering them for myself as well, not just to give as gifts. They have the most delicious swiss roll cake! And their sausages and jerkies, candies and nuts, cheeses and crackers are all to die for. They have the most incredible cheese dips too. And their pies! YUM! It is very easy to become addicted. Their regular prices are a little expensive, but they have great sales, especially around the holidays. And their gift trays and baskets are so much better that the ones you buy in the regular stores. I like that they have "kit" baskets as well where everything in them goes together, like the pancake basket. It comes with two different kinds of pancake mixes (buttermilk and apple cinnamon), a small brown sugar cured ham, pancake syrup, strawberry preserves, colombian supreme coffee, apple bread and a small container of honey cream. That's a complete breakfast. And their shipping is fast and accurate. I really love this company!
