I know a lot of people complain this store is expensive. I would not buy certain items here, such as le cruset, which you can find discounted at other places like bed bath and beyond. However, they carry a great selection of smaller lesser priced things that are not so easy to find elsewhere. They have food coloring made for icing and other heavy duty tasks (regular liquid food coloring waters it down too much), an incredibly wide range of cookie cutters, and some adorable cupcake paper, wrappers, etc. They always come out with a wide range of holiday baking items as well and they make for wonderful gifts. Where else are you going to such a range of various holiday shaped baking or kitchen items? They also have amazing sales after holidays so if you have room to stock up make purchases after and save for the next year. If you sign up for the email, you can find out when they have sales and clearances, which actually are great deals. Every once in a while they even have sales on year round expensive items like all-clad! Another great thing I love is that they have classes listed on the website.

I have ordered gifts from Sur La Table a few times in the past, and have really loved how well put together there website Is. It's easily navigated and ordering through them is super easy and there were no Difficulties on that end. The main issue that I have found with the website was that I can generally find the same products on different websites for Better deals. So while I love the clean and put together Website , I really wish that the prices were a little better. Ease of Use The website is beautiful. It's put together well and very well organized. I love how clean and crisp it is. It's one of the best organized shopping websites that I have used. Product Selection They have really good product Selection. From wedding favors to wedding gifts they have a really good selection of gifts. Product Pricing I really wish that the pricing was a little bit better and I would order more often from them. Customer Service Customer service has been good to deal with.

I recently discovered Sur la Table in my mall and quickly because obsessed. Anytime I went to that mall I had to go into the store and browse. They offer high quality products and have a huge variety of cooking and kitchen items. I fell in love with their boxed doughnut cooking mix and have been using them ever since. Since the mall is far away from my house I buy the majority of my items online now. The site is quick and easy and makes finding the sale items quicker. Ease of Use The website is categorized great which makes things very easy to find. Product Selection Compared to the store I would said online actually offers less products which is really unfortunate. Sometimes in stores they will have 7 different boxed doughnut mixes but online I can online find one or two. Product Pricing Prices at Sur la Table are on the more expensive side but you are getting very high quality kitchen and cooking supplies. Customer Service I have very used their online customer service but if it is anything like in store I am sure it is great. Shipping and Returns Shipping is quick and returns are easy.

I have used Sur La Table for a couple of friends' wedding registries, and I have found that the items are over-priced. You can get similar quality items elsewhere for quite a bit less. My friends registered for everyday items like regular dishes that were at least twice the price as other retailers. Ease of Use The website is easy to use. The search feature works well, and the registry information is easy to find. Product Selection Sur La Table does have a fairly wide range of products, from everyday to special occasion. However, I didn't see anything that was totally dissimilar to other websites and retail stores. Product Pricing This is where things go wrong for me. It's just too expensive. I like the idea of a registry on a website since not everyone will be close to the same stores, but not when everything is overpriced. Customer Service I didn't have to contact customer service. Shipping and Returns Shipping was pretty fast and accurate. Shipping charges were reasonable, and everything was packed well.

Surlatable.com is a well-organized website for everything you didn't know you need for cooking, baking and entertaining at home. Just like in the physical store, prepare to spend a lot of time browsing and being amused by the items you stumble upon. Sur la Table's products are always high quality and classic investments. One of the best things about the website is actually the sale and clearance section. It offers products at 20% to as much as 75% off sometimes, so if there's something you've been coveting but don't "have to have," wait until the end of the season and you might be able to pick it up for a steal (and not feel as guilty about buying it). For example, I just saw a Wilton silicone pumpkin baking mold at half price - great to pick up for next Halloween. In the past, I've also been able to snag extra ramekins and serving dishes in time for holiday entertaining, at usually 40% off their regular prices. That way I don't worry if one or two get broken by a "helpful" guest :)

I love this store and I am not even a huge fan of cooking per se. All of the kitchen gadgets that I never even thought of live here! Their website is great. I can get lost in the products for days. I generally know that if I peruse on this website, I will find something to buy. Their website is fun to look through. It is well organized overall and actually makes sense. Their products have very appealing pictures. I have only actually ordered from their website once. I ordered custard dishes because custard was a favorite of my husband's growing up, so I thought I would surprise him. The custard dishes are precious! I was very pleased with my purchase and ordering process overall. Everything went smoothly with the whole process. I had no problems with the ordering or delivery of my dishes. Warning: This site is dangerous. Even for people like me who do not like to cook, all the "pretties" and little gadgets are too appealing to pass up.

This is my new favorite kitchen store.  They have many beautiful apons and napkins you won't find in other stores.  They also have a large selection of cookie cutters.  They cay all kinds of kitchen gadget you never even knew you needed.  They have a lot of cookware and bakeware, too.

I love to always buy the latest in cookware and bakingware, and Sur La Table is a great website for everything for the kitchen.  They feature the latest gadgets and gizmos and cooking utensils.  The hardest thing about this website is finding something you don't want to buy.  They feature high quality bakeware and cookware from your favorite brands and even some hard to find items like an octopus Bundt pan.  I like the utensils because they have everything from a melon baller to an ice cream scoop.  If you like the latest in small kitchen appliances they have those too.  They offer mixers, coffee makers, and blenders.  I love the fun recipe bakeware like the holiday snowman cake pan and the giant cupcake maker.  They also feature amazing food, like baking mixes and delcious sauces for any ethnic dish.  There is so much to choose from on this site, that you will want to shop for your kitchen everyday and spend more time cooking and baking.
