I was pleasantly surprised with the job that Unilever's Sunsilk Hairapy Captivating Curls Scrunching Mousse did with my hair. I'm not that great when it comes to hair or very knowledgable when it comes to hair products and how they work, but this seemed to get the job done! I put an egg-sized dollop into my hand (as recommended by my InStyle magazine :P) and I put it on after I put in my hair creme/gel. I run it through with my fingers with my head upside down, then I brush and blowdry upside down, and BAM! TONNNNS of volume! What I really like about Unilever's Sunsilk Hairapy Captivating Curls Scrunching Mousse is that the volume stays all day. Usually, what I do after I brush/blowdry my hair upside down is I straighten it with a flat iron. My hair STILL retains all of it's volume, ESPECIALLY at the crown. It hold ALLLL day (and even into the next day!) and it works great! Oh! And I also love the smell :)

I have been blessed with wavy hair.  I can do pretty much whatever I want with it...except work with the wave to have a quick and easy style to get me out the door quick...until this product.  I have tried numerous products for my hair, but other mousses were too sticky, expensive or just did not work.  So i tried gels, which were too hard and made my hair crunchy.  Hairspray alone did not do the trick.  But I started to use Sunsilk shampoos and conditioners, and then I noticed that they had a scrunching mousse, so I gave it a try, and I am still using it today.  It smells great; it is not sticky; it is light and airy without losing any of its strength; it is completely pliable; and it also can be reworked without needing to be rinsed out!  I definitely recommend this product to someone who is looking for a hair product that is easy to use, quick, and inexpensive while still having great quality!

I've been using Sunsilk's Captivating Curls shampoo and conditioner for a few months now with much success, so when I saw the mousse come out, I was eager to try it. My hair is quite unruly and often very frizzy. I tried the mousse, and while it did tame my hair some, it isn't what I expected from sunsilk. My hair was a bit crunchy, and some pieces were very frizzy while others were smooth. I did some experimenting with the mousse and I acheived my best style when I applied the mousse to damp hair then let it air dry. Once my hair was almost completely dry, I reapplied the mousse in certain areas the needed the extra help. I then spritzed my hair lightly with a water bottle and scrunched all-over. It seemed like a bit too much work for me. I would reccomend this product who has generally well-behaved hair, or hair that works well with products.  As for me, I think I'll keep trying different products.
