Excellent Durability The only thing I would change on the durability would be to replace the glass pot with a metal one. This way the pot would never break, there for making it more durable. Design Manufacture a differant pot. Make the pot out of material like a thermas. Then the tea would stay hot longer.

I love the Sunbeam hot tea maker!!! i am more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker--my hubby only drinks coffee so i get this all to myself lol. Easy to use and can use loof leaf tea or teabags. LOVE having a pot of tea ready to just keep filling my cup and stays warm ready to drink. no more loud tea kettle whistling noise lol. You can adjust the strength of the tea which is nice also. The cons are it doesn't program like a coffee maker. would be nice to be able to set it at night to wake up to some nice tea. Also doesn't have an auto shut off. I have heard that they aren't available to buy anymore which is sad cause i've had mine for a while and hope when i need to replace it another hot tea maker will be available. i reccomend this to anyone that LOVES tea like i do.

The Sunbeam Tea Brewer is a great invention!    Pros: The pros of this machine are the fact that you can make several cups of tea at one time and they will stay hot, already brewed until you are ready to enjoy them.  you can use tea bags and loose tea leaves as well as adjust the strength very easily.  The tea brews at a perfect temperature and is perfect to drink right away without even burning your tongue!  it is quite simple to clean as well.  There really are no cons, just that the machine stains easily which I find hard to remedy.  its white and I love a regular tea so it discolored very fast.  I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone to wants a perfect cup of tea quick.  As a tea drinker its my answer to a coffee pot.  its a reliable product also being thst I have owned the machine for about 2 years with no issues.  this was a great idea and I can't wait to see what products they come up with next.
