I suffered from terrible allergies while I was pregnant with my second daughter. I felt horrible for five months out of the pregnancy and believed I could not take any medication for relief. My doctor told me that Sudafed was an approved medication to take while I was pregnant and would help with the sinus issues I was having. I decided to only take one pill at night before going to bed. I was not able to sleep since my nose would immediately stuff up when I laid down. I was amazed at how well this medication worked. I could feel relief within thirty minutes and actually could sleep through the night. This medication really worked for twenty four hours for me. I felt much better during the day and could continue with normal daily activities. Effectiveness This product worked perfect for me when I was pregnant and had horrible allergy symptoms. I swear by this product! Immediacy I could feel relief very quickly.

When you suffer from allergies like I do, you will sometimes resort to most anything in an effort to stop the runny nose, sneezing, etc. A mild allergic reaction isn't a big deal, but the really difficult attack requires a quick response. One product I have tried and used for this problem is Sudafed PE Sinus & Allergy. Sudafed PE Sinus & Allergy is a pill made for those who are forced to deal with allergy and/or sinus issues on a regular basis. It doesn't contain any pain reliever or anything like that, but it does contain ingredients to help stop the sneezing, itchy throat, runny nose, and related problems. Sudafed is a popular brand name, but that doesn't necessarily mean this product works well and from my experience, Sudafed PE Sinus & Allergy is not one of the better products available. It makes a small difference, but it doesn't control the problems of sneezing, runny nose, etc. to the extent that other allergy medicines do. I have noticed that my nose will stop running a little, and that is good, but other allergy conditions are not changed very much, even though I can tell some difference. Sudafed is a respected name in over the counter medicines, but this particular product, Sudafed PE Sinus & Allergy, isn't one of the better ones out there. Considering the price, I expect something better and even the store brands like those sold at Wal- Mart are better and this and they cost less. It may work for some, but my experience shows it to be a below average product that really isn't worth the money. Effectiveness This Sudafed product makes only a small dent in allergy symptoms and I can think of many products that work better and cost less. Ease of Use The pills are easy enough to take and shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Immediacy The effectiveness is average in terms of speed.

Well, before I used sudafed for my dtuffy nose, I would take these little red pills that did little to help. They lasted for a couple hours and hardly helped. I later found myself at a relatives house and I needed relief, It was pretty bad. I was brought a very large pill ad told to swallow it. It was difficult to swallow, but I barely managed to get it doenn. A good 15 minutes later and i feel completly normal. That sudafed made me feel wonderful, and it lasted until i went to bed! That is about 10 hours. I slept through the whole night without waking up! It was pretty wonderful, considering how long i have felt like that. I woke up felling rested, a true rarity in the conditiion i was in. The medicine worked wonders for me. I would have given it a full 5 stars if it wasnt so hard to swallow and so expensive. If you absolutly positivly must stop the conjestion, there is simply no other way but sudafed!

Sudafed is definetly the best cold and sinus medication that you can buy over the counter. Sudafed PE is fast acting, affordable, easy to take and has always been very effecive for me and my family. The sudafed medication takes care of sinus pressure and other cold and flu symptoms. It will star working immedietly after taking the pill. The medication is also very affordable compared to the other medications comparable to it. This works much better and much faster than comparble products such as benedril or robitussin. The pills  are a good size an are easy to swallow so theres reallt no problem there. The only problem that I have ever had with Sudafed is that it can cause stomach ache and nausea if taken on an empty stomach. All you have to do to avoid this is eat a little something before you take the pill. Overall Sudafed PE is the best cold and sinus medication available over the counter.

Sudafed is a great sinus and allergy product.  It works very fast for a sinus headache and you usually only have to take one, to start treating your sinus pressure.  Have high blood pressure and sudafed is the one product that was recommended that would not raise my blood pressure.

A lot of people I know rely on Sudafed PE Sinus and Allergy when they have sinus problems.  I have tried it a few times when my sinuses are bothering my and it always makes me feel worse than before I took it.  I am not sure why this is.  The first time I thought it was a coincidence, so when I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago I tried it again and I could barely stand up an hour later.  I was seeing spots and the pressure was ten times worse than before I took the medicine!  I am not sure why that happened. I asked the pharmacist what I could take for sinuses if this product doesn't work and he was surprised that Sudafed didn't work for me, but recommended Afrin nasal spray, which helped to clear out my sinuses and relieve the sinus pressure that I was feeling.  I am still searching for a product that will live up to my expectations when I am experiencing sinus problems or infections.

Hello, and welcome to a first hand review for Sudafed PE Sinus and Allergy.  I'll explain to you the level of satisfaction this product delivers, the value to price ratio, as well as my personal views from trying the product myself.  I've used this product once, about 4 months ago.  I used up the quantity and each time I took the recommended dosage, it didn't really seem to do hardly anything.  I wasn't surprised though seeing as how I have worse allergies than most people on the planet.  It cleared up my nostrils at about 20% for roughly 30-40 minutes, then my allergies and sinues went back to being it's full dosage of horrible.  It isn't very expensive, however, since it does very little, I'd say the price would be too high.  If you only have slight allergies and slight sinus issues, then this product might work for you.  But if you're someone like me who has allergies and sinus congestion that leaves you in actual pain and misery, then I would definately not recommend it. And to go off topic, just to help you out, I would recommend seeing an allergy specialist. Allergy shots work pretty well.   Thanks for reading. I don't know if it is just my body chemistry, but this does not work at all on me. I might as well just drink a glass of water! I have also had various pharmcists confirm that this product is not very effective in clearing sinus issues. I have found it is worth the trouble to get the "real" sudafed. I am not sure chemically what the difference is, but the end result is that this PE product doesn't work well at all. The "real" sudafed is still available, but you must go to the pharmacy and show your drivers license in order to purchase it. Their is a limit to ha=ow much you can buy at one time, but it works so well for me, that I have not had to even get close to the maximum amount in order to find relief from my year around allergies. I would suggest taking the extra time out of your day to deal with the hassle as purchasing sudafed PE will probably only leave you frustrated and not relieved at all.

I discovered Sudafed PE Sinus and Allergy about a year ago and haven't looked back. Before, I took several different medications for Allergy, sinus and headache. It was almost more of pain having to take all those pills and wait for relief than it was to actually be in pain. I have suffered from sinus and allergy problems since I was a young child. It seems though lately, as the weather has gotten worse and the atmosphere as well, that I cannot have allergy flare ups without sinus congestion and headaches. When I take Sudafed PE SInus and Allergy I get allergy relief in less than an hour and start to feel sinus relief in a few more. This medicine is over the counter and usually has coupons in your local newspaper. I love that I only have to take one pill every 4 hours (typically I only have to take 2 pills in one day) and it doesn't leave me feeling drowsy or any other affects for that matter. Just good old relief. Taking this medicine regulary has  saved me several times from developing a full blown sinus infection. I would reccomend it to anyone who suffers like I do.
