This body wash just okay in my opinion. I tried it because I am a big fan of the cucumber melon scent. It smelled good in the bottle, but that was it. I don't like that it doesn't lather as well as other body washes and the scent is not there when you are actually using it. It is very light and I feel like I need to follow up with a different body wash to make sure my body is clean. I thought it would be a great product, since I am happy with the Suave brand in general, and it was priced reasonably well. I was disappointed with this body wash and will not try any of the other scents that they offer. Effectiveness I did not feel like this body wash cleaned my body the way it should. It did not create much of a lather, and I felt like it wasn't cleaning very well at all. The body wash wasn't very thick, more of a runny texture. Scent The scent was good in the store and smelling it in the bottle, but not the same when actually using the product. I could not even smell it when I was using it.

Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon Wash misses the mark. This is a body wash that doesn't cost very much. But it is not is not worth too much, either. I don't think you necessarily need to spend a lot of money on a body wash. Some products in this price range are still pretty good quality products. But Suave missed on this wash. Overall, I rate it a 6. It needs to be a richer, thicker and creamier product. And I think cucumber only or melon only scents would both be preferable to this. Effectiveness The body wash is effective. It does lather and wash. It rinses off well. But the lather is not rich and creamy. To me, the product actually feels like it has been watered down. When my bottle of my regular body wash is almost empty, I put a little bit of water in it to rinse out the bottle and get the last of the soap out. THAT is what this wash feels like for the whole bottle. I am willing to accept watered down wash when it is the last portion left in a bottle. But I do not expect the entire bottle to feel like that! Scent The scent is ok, but nothing special. But I can't really smell both scents (cucumber and melon). I would have preferred melon only or cucumber only. The combination just doesn't quite smell right.

When a friend got me this for a present, I was thrilled when I first smelled it. The smell is luscious, but the body wash left me with tight dry skin and eventually a lot of itchy irritated areas. Effectiveness Although this body wash cleanses well, I found that it left me with very tight skin that was stripped a bit too much. I also developed some dry patches that were irritated. When they didn't go away, I finally had to stop using it when I became quite itchy. The rest of my family had similar experiences so we ended up using it to clean outdoor equipment in the yard in summer. It is a great de-greaser. INGREDIENTS (FOR THOSE WHO ARE SENSITIVE AND WANT TO KNOW): Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Fragrance, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glyceride Sodium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Lauryl Alcohol, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Stearamidopropyl PG-dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Benzophenone-4, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Cetyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Blue 1 (CI 42090), Yellow 5 (CI 19140). Scent I love the cucumber melon scent. It is refreshing and invigorating. It disappears in a short while after showering, but it didn't interfere with my other perfumes or colognes. I also found that everyone in the family, including the men enjoyed the scent as well.

Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon body wash is pretty much what you get from the higher priced body washes but for a lot less money. The scent is very fresh and light, not overpowering like some washes I've used. I used a more expensive brand with a scent of cucumber - green tea extract - smelled great in the bottle at the store - but when I used it in the shower it had a terrible "after" scent, for lack of a better way to describe it. The Suave is a much more subtle, light scent with no surprises. It's good for moisturizing dry skin - and this is coming from someone who just got through a pretty rough Chicago winter! It also comes in a very pretty, light green color - not that that is important to me, but I thought I would mention it. I guess if you like the cucumber melon scent, and you want to spend less money then this is the product for you. I'm lookingforward to trying their other scents now - but I think this will be my mainstay. Bottom line for me is that it's affordable, smells great and moisturizes well. Recommended.

As a woman who is used to the amazing fragrances of Philosophy's line of bath and shower gels, **Suave Naturals Rejuvenating Body Wash in Cucumber Melon** didn't impress me a heck of a lot. As a regular, run of the mill body wash, it does what it's supposed to do. It lathers nicely, cleans just fine and doesn't leave an icky film, but rinses off very cleanly. If this is all you look for in a body wash, you'll love Suave Naturals. I, on the other hand, prefer a body wash that has something a little more exciting to offer. For one thing, the scent immediately vanishes after exiting the shower. Unlike other body washes where the scent lingers all day, **Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon** didn't. While it smelled decent in the shower, I enjoy my body washes to leave a lingering trace of scent on my skin. Additionally, this body wash has absolutely no moisturizing capabilities at all. It didn't dry out my skin further, but it didn't impart any moisture either.  Overall, if you are looking for an economical body wash that does exactly what it's supposed to, then give **Suave Naturals Rejuvenating Body Wash in Cucumber Melon** a try. If you are expecting a rich, lingering scent or something a little more exciting, find a different wash to try.

"You get what you pay for"...that's what my mom always told me. While I don't always agree, bodywash is typically one of those categories where this holds true. It smells decent in the shower and it does the job that soap is supposed to. But that's it. If that is what you're wanting and nothing more, then this product is great. But if you'd like to smell fresh all day or have some tantalizing experience in the shower, this product isn't for you. It's a great product for the price and I buy it for my kids since they use so much.

**This product in a nutshell:**is BO-RING!  I have been a bath and shower product junkie since waaaay before I met my husband, so you think he'd have a tad more insight when picking out a body wash for me at the store.  Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon Rejuvenating Body Wash is a very standard, simplistic product with no stand-out qualities or amenities. At first whiff, the smell of this product isn't horrible.  It has a very sweet strong smell of melon with a lighter aroma of cucumber that's virtually undetectable, but this so-so pleasant smell does not translate well to the body poof.  When I squirted a generous dollop into the poof and lathered it up with my hands, the warm water and steam from the shower did not really do much to activate the scent.  In fact, this body wash practically has no smell once the lather is applied to the skin.  The lather was soapy, which a like, for a strong lather connotes cleanliness in my head.  One poof-full of product was all I needed to wash my entire body in the shower with more lather to spare.  The lather rinses clean without leaving a film on my skin and does not cause dryness.  I felt clean and fresh after using this body product, but there was no trace of this product's scent on my skin, either. **I give this product 3/5 stars because**: it doesn't have any outstanding qualities that really blew me away.  Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon Rejuvenating Body Wash might be better suited for someone who prefers a zero-frills showertime experience, not a girly girl like myself!

I tried the Suave Naturals Cucumber Melon Rejuvenating Body Wash mostly because I had a Buy One Get One Free coupon and it smelled good. Unfortunately, my husand and I broke out in an itchy rash after using it. My husband actually ended up in the hospital with an infection because he scratched the infected area too much. I love Suave products, but I won't be purchasing this one again.
