I have long, thick and curly hair and would be an absolute mess daily if I didn't use this product. As soon as you squirt some into your hand you'll notice the difference. It actually feels slightly heavy, not like most mousse that just blows away. While it's heavy and works great, it does not weigh down the hair, just helps to keep it tame.

Suave has the best mousse. When I first started wearing my natural hair I bought this product. When I tell you my curls was poppin I mean just that. In the motning all i had to do was revitalize with a little water and go. If you're looking for a good curl enhancer this is your go to.

Suave Captivating Curls Whipped Cream Mousse is the best, affordably -priced, mouse that I have found. I have tried a lot of different products over the last twenty-five years to define my curls and control frizz and this is my current styler of choice. When I moved to a dry climate a couple of years ago I had a hard time finding a product that worked. The only one that seemed to do what I want (which was to be able to put mousse in my hair without getting it wet first) was an incredibly expensive salon mousse. Then I ran across this product and I was amazed at the results for such a low price. As an added bonus, I'm often able to find high-value coupons for this mousse. To be honest, initially I didn't have high expectations for a Suave brand product, but now I recommend this product to any curly-headed girl that I know! My only complaint is that I seem to go through each bottle too quickly!

I have tried many products over the years in an attempt to control my frizzy curls. The Suave Captivating Curls Whipped Cream Mousse is really among the few that consistently work. After I wash my hair, I work a dollop of the mousse into it while it is still damp. My curls will air dry very nicely if left untouched for a few hours, or dry very well defined and controlled if dried with a diffuser. When using the Suave Mousse, I find my hair can stand up to the elements much better and the curls are held in place with none of the crunchiness that other products can cause. Given the inexpensive price of the Captivating Curls Mousse and the reliability of the product, I would definitely recommend it.

i love this hair product. me and my youngest daughter are both african american females with naturally curly, but our hair textures are extremely different my hair is coarse and her hair is fine. but regardless of the difference in texture this product works wonderfully with both our hair types

This mousse is fantastic! It was easy to apply, and didn't leave a stick residue. My hair dried soft and shiny, without any of the stickiness and frizziness I would usually get from a mousse. I followed the directions on the back of the can, and it was SO easy to get my hair to curl in ringlets. My hair is naturally wavy, but the curl will usually fall out after several hours and I get more of the "scrunched" look rather than curls.My hair is also very fine, which usually means it falls flat, but the volume stayed with no issues with this product! I use this in the morning and it still looks great that evening. It's totally affordable and it WORKS!

I have very thick, wavy/curly hair, and I used to straighten my hair. And it used to take forever! So, I've now just accepted my fate as a wavy/curly-haired girl. So, my first order of business was to find the perfect product for curly hair. I tried spray gels that were cheap, spray gels that were pricy, serums that were cheap, and serums that were pricy. I tried a salon brand that had a line just for curly hair...and I ended up with frizz. Then, I found this stuff. I'm in love! The scent is nice and citrusy. Te whipped cream foam comes out as, well, whipped cream. My hair, again, is thick, and just past my shoulders, and I only needed a little over a golf ball size for my hair. It leaves my hair, wavy/curly, and soft. I have been known on second or third day hair, to put just a little bit of mousse into my dry hair, and scrunch, to revamp the waves. Try it, you'll love it!

The best thing about Suave Captivating Curls Mousse is the price! I have natural curly hair with tight curls. I am always on the look out of a good product that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I have to wet my hair every morning and put product in it to keep it tame. This product keeps my curls smooth and I get the volume I need (I have a great hair stylist that has layered my hair to help with the volume as well). I do use quite a bit and flip my head upside down. I don't blot my hair with a towel like it says too; I don't see a reason to. Besides towels dry out your hair, if you're to blot your hair you should use a cotton t-shirt. It lasts all day and my hair doesn't frizz. It has a nice creamy texture. It's not the best but you get what you pay for.

I have very curly hair that is also on the thin side, so I am always on the lookout for "the one" - that hair styling product that might at last produce nice, springy curls *and* a healthy dose of volume. Since Suave's New Professionals line includes a "whipped cream mousse" product made specifically for curly hair, I was intrigued. And, after using this product according to directions on the bottle, I can honestly say that the curl management is great...but the volume part is totally missing. The mousse is delightfully light and really creamy...not at all like any mousse product I've ever tried. The stylist recommendations on the bottle advise squeezing the mousse onto wet hair and blotting with a thin towel. This did make my curls look great! So, I would recommend this product for curly *thick h*air, and will continue my search for a mousse with more volume.
