This is the most played with "toy" we have bought. We bought this for my daughter when she was about 18 mos. She is now 11 and it is still in our playroom. When my girls were little they played with it as intended. They loved to climb and slide and craw through the tunnels. We keep it in our basement so it was the perfect thing to have for long Ohio winters. As my kids have grown the toy has evolved. From a castle to a fort to now a tack room (they love horses). It still looks like the day we bought it. We've lost the phone and there my be a stray crayon mark but it has held up beautifully. We bought it directly from the Step 2 store as it is close to our house. It is large but I would highly recommend keeping it in the house for the maximum amount of playtime. I find once toys get grimy my kids don't want to play with them. It will be a sad day when we finally give this away. It has created so many wonderful memories.
