Great for exercising at when at home - you can put aywhere. The only problem is finding the correct amount of space for it and finding storage. Is great to put in front of the TV or stereo so you can have that "home gym" experience. Is a very convenient piece of machinery that allows you to exercise on your own time.

**Riding a stationary bike is one of the best overall exercises you can do. I love riding my bike 5 miles a day when weather is permitting, but when it's cold my stationary bike works just great. You can do it any time of the day or night in the comfort of your own home. You can also watch your favorite television program or read a book while riding. Besides helping you to loose weight, bicycle riding tones your legs also. I work up a lot of sweat and that helps me shead those excess pounds. I have mine sitting where I can see my favorite programs on television, mute the tv and turn the music up. I really do enjoy my work out. I am up to 6 miles a day. Best of all you can set the bike to immitate climbing hills or just straight pedaling. I do a little of both. When you climb those hills, you are reallying give those glutes and legs a great workout, while enjoying yourself. What you waiting, jump on and take the ride.**
