The Starbucks Barista Quattro 4-cup coffee maker makes good coffee. It's easy to fill with water. The optional gold filter is nice to use and saves on buying paper filters. The machine brews the coffee quickly and the coffee is hot. The machine is easy to take apart for cleaning. I really like it, but it's not worth the price that comes with the Starbucks name. Other coffee makers do a good job making coffee but don't cost as much. Perhaps I'm not enough of a coffee connoisseur to know the difference! If the Starbucks name is important to you and you like people to know that you own expensive equipment, by all means, this is the machine for you! Otherwise, you will be just as happy with a less expensive coffee maker.
