Love this body lotion. It's a rare occasion to buy a lotion that is so hydrating and yet not greasy at all. I use it every day and love it more and more every day. It smells absolutely wonderful, makes my skin feel like satin, terrific for the heels of my feet and an all-around wonderful purchase. The lotion sinks into the skin SO quickly, you won't even have time to think about it. Love it

St. Ives Daily Hydrating Body Lotion with Vitamin E works wonderfully well to moisturize my dry, itchy skin and improve the overall health of my skin. My skin gets very dry. It is also sensitive. Trying to find a body lotion that will hydrate and moisturize my skin but also not irritate my skin or cause a break out can make for difficult challenge. St. Ives scores high in all categories and is a favorite lotion of mine. It is dermatologist tested and formulated especially for sensitive skin. The lotion smells great, it has a clean, fresh scent. It is easy to apply and absorbs very quickly. It doesn't leave any sticky residue behind and leaves my skin feeling fresh and soft. The inclusion of the Vitamin E does a great job at combating the itchiness caused by dry skin. A daily application of this body lotion ensures that my skin doesn't itch or irritate throughout the day. As an added bonus, I love that this is a 100% natural moisturizer that is formulated without Phthalates or Parabens. It was also never tested on animals and the bottle contains 20% recycled material. St. Ives Hydrating Body Lotion is not only a great product but is socially responsible. For those reasons I score this 10 stars.

Moving from a dry climate to a humid climate wasn't kind to my skin. I would have thought that my normal type skin would plump up from all the moisture. But not so, my skin dried out. I had little white flakes all over my body and my old lotion wasn't doing its job. I spent an hour in the drug store shopping for a new lotion. I'm not a high-maintenance girl and I don't know much about cosmetics, so I started reading labels. Too many lotions had a long list of ingredients that I couldn't pronounce. Those went back on the shelf. I was getting frustrated. Then I spotted a bottle of St. Ives lotion. A dermatologist had recommended the St. Ives Apricot Scrub for my teenage acne problems. I figured the St. Ives lotion would be worth a try. Within a couple of days, the dryness went away and my skin returned to its normal smooth self. I love that this lotion doesn't leave a greasy feeling. It is very light and absorbs quickly. I also like that I don't have to use a ton of lotion. A little bit goes a long way. Scent There is almost no scent, which I like. I have a tendency to start sneezing around fragrances.

i love this st. ives products and i pretty much try all their products. my cousin introduced me to this lotion a few months ago at her house. i actually applied it on my skin several times before i bought one for myself.  i was excited to use it because i have a coupon for st. ive lotion and i am a huge fan of this company. so i went to target and bought myself a bottle.  i like how it makes my skin so smooth. i usually apply it after i take a shower because my skin gets very dry.  this lotion moisturizes my skin very well. i am glad it works so well for me.  i love how the fragrance isn't that strong. i usually stay away from lotions that has a strong smell. some lotions give me a strange small red rashes, so i have to be careful with what i buy. i decided to buy this product because it didn't give me any rashes also. i love the ingredient too. vitamin E is important to me because i need it for my body to be healthy. i highly recommend this to other people.

We live in the dry climate of Wyoming, and go through a bottle of lotion a month ... at least. My husband is pretty particular about his lotion, and was hooked on Curel, which is pretty expensive. My son, who is out on his own, bought St. Ives because it was cheaper. He raved about how good it was and let us try some. We've been hooked ever since. St. Ives is not greasy and it does an excellent job moisturizing. In fact, I like it better than Curel, which is saying a lot. I have a terrible time especially with my feet getting dry and cracking, and using the St. Ives right before bed has really made a big difference. I also found out quite by accident, that soaking your feet for a long time will help you remove the hard, dead, cracked skin that tends to build up. (I learned this after spending a long day in wet boots, afterwhich the dead skin easily came off - gross, I know, but I was having a terrible time getting this problem cured, so hopefully this info will be helpful to someone else with a similar condition.) I definitely think this lotion has been a great tool, and keeps my skin well-conditioned. I highly recommend it.

St. Ives Hydrating Vitamin E lotion is easy to use and leaves my skin moisturized and itch- free all day long. It comes in a handy pumping bottle that makes application fast and easy. Not only is it a breeze to apply, but it is also effective at locking in moisture after I shower. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion does a great job and moisturizing my dry skin on my legs and arms. I also like the large 18 oz. bottle size, as it last for months. I recommend St. Ives to anyone who needs a lotion that is fast absorbing yet long lasting. I have been using this product throughout the winter and it does a great job at protect my skin from the harsh winter dry environment. I really like to apply St.Ives Hydrating Vitamin E to my hands during the day, especially since I am frequently washing dishes and changing diapers.

St. Ives Vitamin E Advanced Body Moisturizer comes in a 18 fluid ounce, pump-top plastic bottle. I bought this years ago because I knew that vitamin E is supposed to be a good antioxidant for your skin, and I've been using it ever since. I don't think I'd recommend it if you have particularly dry skin; you probably need a thicker moisturizer than this, as it is kind of thin and light. I use this as my everyday moisturizer. Whenever I get out of the shower I use it, it's light and creamy and dries quickly so I can get dressed, and it doesn't feel greasy or oily. If I have a problem area like elbows or hands or something feeling particularly dry, I will usually use a thicker moisturizer like a body butter. This keeps my skin feeling soft and smooth all day, and I never feel the need for another application. It especially makes my just shaved legs feel smooth and moisturized. And best of all it's not tested on animals!

I have a little bottle of this stuff on my desk at work and love it. It's not greasy at all and I like the smell (although a coworker thought it smelled like potpourri - I don't agree). The only downfall to this lotion is that I find myself putting it on multiple times a day because it doesn't last long enough for me. This could be because it's meant to be used on the whole body rather than just on my hands and it probably comes off because I'm typing all day long. I like the lightweight feel of this for my hands while I'm at work, but prefer heavier lotions for the rest of my body as I have extremely dry skin and need intense hydration everywhere else other than my hands. Overall I would recommend the product, though I don't know how well it would work on drier parts of the body. It works great for hands if you don't mind putting it on a few times per day! If you just need something light then I would definitely recommend it.
