I love the workout.  It makes me feel great after the forty minute work.  This machine is easy on my back and my knees and I would recommend it to anyone.  I was so out of shape and this elliptical  has made it easy to start getting back in shape.  I have not had alot of experience with workout equipment, but if I had to choose, I would pick this machine at anytime.  It allows you to pick your settings to keep the workout as easy or as difficult as you can with stand.  I started out easy and slow and have now been able to work up to the more difficult levels and am getting through the workouts easily.  I LOVE THIS MACHINE....
