THE REASON I RATED IT A 4 NOT A 5 WAS BECAUSE I BELIEVE THAT THE 5 LB IS BETTER.A BIT MORE CHALLENGING.ACU HOOP REALLY WORKS BUT YOU MUST USE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK.I RECOMMEND AT LEAST 4- 5 TIMES A WEEK.IT IS VERY FUN DO IT WHILE WATCHING TV.OR YOU CAN DO IT WELL LISTENING TO MUSIC.IT BURNS FAT WHILE YOU ARE HAVING FUN.GET FOR WOMEN OR MEN .IT REALLY DOES HELP YOUR MID SECTION.TRUST ME YOU WILL SEE RESULTS.I HOPE MY REVIEW HELPED YOU
