I eat one special K protein meal replacement bar every morning for breakfast. The taste is very good and sweet. I don't find it to be filling enough to be considered a meal replacement though. I find that after 2 hours I'm hungry again. But its got 10g of protein and 5g of fiber so its nutritious. Its not a good choice if you're on a low carb diet. Each bar has 25g of carbs and 15g of sugar. But the 10g of protein is a good start to my day and the taste is exceptional.
