When I saw that I could buy a 100% Natural Liquid Iron Supplement called Pur-Absorb Iron, I thought I have nothing to loose. It is a large heavy box that contains 28 - 20ml packets of product. The reason for this is that it contains sachets with the iron water in them. I tore the end off one of the sachets and it is a small amount of water. It doesn't really have any smell to it, but when you drink it, it does taste of iron. Not a nice taste. It does state on the box that it can be 'diluted in half a cup of fruit juice, except grape juice, or water'. If you have low Iron, then this is a good way to gain iron, if you can stand the taste. If not then buy Iron tablets. I actually prefer then myself.
