I've finally found the weight loss solution I've been looking for. I'm not a fan of exercise and I've never been able to stick with calorie or food group restrictive diets for very long. I started taking the Garcinia Cambogia pills and got fast results. I take 3000 mg a day and I always make sure to take this supplement at least 30 minutes before each meal. I don't exercise at all and I haven't changed my eating habits at all. I've lost a total of 10lbs in one month. I still have quite a bit to lose, but I feel that's a pretty good start. This is something I can stick with long-term so I should be able to lose the 50 extra pounds I've been carrying around and keep it off. I haven't experienced any side effects from taking this supplement. At the same time I can't say that I feel more energized either. I just feel like I normally do.
