Fenugreek has helped me so much with my milk production. I have not been let down yet. I have noticed the difference, if I dont take 2 pills 2 times a day I dont make enough milk. Fenugreek has had not bad effects on me, or the baby. I do smell like mapel and that doen not bug me or my huband. I tell all my friends about this and they have tryed it and love it as well. The easy to swallow pills are just that, I take them with water or milk and you must take them after you  eat. I have not done that yet so I cant tell you if they hurt your tummy.
