The Solaray Once Daily High Energy Multivitamin is my favorite vitamin by far. I bought them at a local health food store because that's the only place I've been able to find Solaray supplements. They do not carry them in stores like Walgreen's. My son has Autism, and he takes a Solaray supplement to help him focus, and it helps him a great deal. Because of this, I really trust the company. These vitamins are smaller than most multivitamins. Sometimes, vitamins are so big they get caught in my throat. These are also in a capsule, so they go down a lot easier. Also, the capsule makes it dissolve into your system faster, and that shortens the time it takes to feel them working. I have a lot more energy since being on these, and my mind feels clearer. I find it easier to concentrate on my school work without becoming fatigued. I will continue to take them for the rest of my life.
