I bought this with the intent to clean our bathroom. I usually scrub everything in the bathroom with one product if I can including the toilet, the shower, the sink, and the tub. This does a good job of cleaning everything I need it to but my main complaint with this product is the scent. It says it has a lemon scent, which is true, if you can get past all the chemical smell to even notice the hint of lemon. The cleaner is great at getting up everything from slight rust stains to even calcium or lime build up in the shower but as I said, the smell is a bit overwhelming for me when I'm in my bathroom. I don't know if it's the small space or not but I usually turn on the vent system and open the window when cleaning. I haven't gotten this on my skin but if the scent is any indication, I know I wouldn't want to . I always use elbow length gloves when cleaning with this. It does a great job of cleaning but they need to work on the scent a bit. It doesn't smell much like lemons. It smells more like chlorine to me. Performance It is a great cleanser that tackles all my bathroom messes. Scent It's a bit strong for my usual taste. I prefer something a little less chemically. It caused me to cough quite a bit while cleaning.

This is a truly exceptional cleaner, as it cuts through and cleans tough soap scum and rust stains. For a product they call soft, it performs tough! Performance I usually use Scrubbing Bubbles foam bath cleaner, but it wouldn't take off some rust that appeared from a shaving cream can being sat on the side of the tub. I tried spaying it with Scrubbing Bubble, letting is set, and scouring it off, but it wouldn't come clean. So the next time I went to the store I picked this up, as I've used the Soft Scrub that comes out of a tube and it worked well. I sprayed this on the rust stain, letting it set for a little over ten minutes, then scrubbed it off with an S.O.S. pad. I don't know if it was this cleaner or the combination of both, but it took the rust stain right off the bathtub. Now I keep it for use on tough stains and rust stains. I recommend it to anyone needing to get rust off their shower or tub. Use it with an S.O.S. pad if it doesn't come off right away, as that seems to really help. Scent This has a really great scent. I love the lemon scent, it reminds me of lemonade.

I have an outdoor shower that is prone to a lot of mildew and mold due to living in the humid, steamy state of Florida. I have used many products to try and combat this problem or at least to try and clean it up, without seeing much of a difference. However, Soft Scrub really did help with this problem. It cleaned up the mold and mildew after just a small amount of scrubbing and I did not have to worry about horrible fumes clouding up my nasal passages, burning them or causing unseen damage. Soft Scrub also helped with not allowing the mold or mildew to come back! I noticed a huge difference in how much of the problem I had to deal with the next time I cleaned the shower outside. I would definitely recommend this product for cleaning showers, especially those with mold or mildew issues. Soft Scrub is affordable, easy to use, and definitely lives up to its promises.

We really love using Soft Scrub. The lemon smell is a nice touch. We use Soft scrub on our shower floor that has lots of grooves and it really gets down in there and cleans. We use a small bristle brush to scrub the floor using this Soft Scrub and it really cleans our shower floor. It works better than any other cleaner we have tried out there on the market. I like that it doesn't smell harsh or make me sick when I clean with it. It has little fumes if any that I notice. I only smell the lemon scent which smells clean and tolerable. We also use this in the tub and on the walls with a sponge. We have not noticed that it is abrasive or leaves scratches. It seems gentle, but cleans really good. We have hard water and this Soft Scrub works great to remove residue and stains. I find it also works good on soap scum. We also get a pink slimy film in our shower and Soft Scrub cuts right through it. I recommend Soft Scrub cleaner.

For years I had always used Soft Scrub to clean my sinks and tiles. I had become frustrated with the cleaner in its liquid form because it always left a gritty residue behind despite multiple rinses. It was very hard on my hands as well. When my sister told me it now came in a foam form I couldn't wait to try it. What a great redesign. The foam cleans deeply yet rinses completely away without a gritty residue left behind and absolutely no streaks. The foam wiped away the dirt and discoloration from my tub and the hard water stains on my faucets and sink stoppers. The scent if fantastic. The lemon is subtle but you can surely tell the area had been cleaned. Performance Nice easy clean with no gritty residue or streaking left behind. Scent Nice subtle lemon scent that stays on the surfaces for a few hours afterwards. When working in an enclosed area like a shower stall I never like to be choked by an overpowering scent.

The shower in the basement is prone to accumulating lime and hard water stains as well as mold and mildew on the tiles. In the past I have used strong bleach containing products and that's no longer an option because of my sensitivity to bleach. I started using the different Soft Scrub products years ago for different stains on tiles and in the tubs but found that the All Purpose Cleaner works the best for the basement shower. It has a lemon scent to it but it isn't something that is overpowering. The lemon works to break down the stains and the mildew and works perfectly on the inside of the shower curtain liner. The trigger bottle is easy to operate and as long as I remember to spray down the tiles in the shower after I take a shower I never have to scrub them. The moisture that's left on the tiles activates the All Purpose Cleaner and all it takes is about 30 seconds to rinse down the tiles before someone uses the shower again. That's never an issue because whoever is taking a shower turns on the water a minute or so before they get in to avoid having an icy blast of water hit them. In addition to the shower in the basement I also use this in the tub on the first floor; it doesn't get used all that often but I like to keep it clean and free of dust and dirt when I want to soak in it. I do not use this on the second floor tub because of the air jets that are in it; even if I am only cleaning the inside of it to remove dust or surface dirt, if the cleaner gets into the jets I am going to have to let it run for about ten minutes to make sure that there is no cleaner inside the jets or tubes. I've never had any problems with the trigger or the bottle leaking and it's something that I will keep buying until I come across something that works better.

I think over the years I've tried every type of cleaning product out there. Soft Scrub Total is one of my favorites for use in the kitchen! One of the great things with this product is that it sprays upside down. Why is this important? Well, once the bottle gets below a certain full point, it makes it difficult to spray right side up. But for some reason, it always sprays upside down! I find this product especially effective on my white porcelain kitchen sink. The porcelain needs to be re-glazed, so pretty much any food or drink leaves a stain on the bottom of the sink. Every time a cup of coffee or glass of orange juice is poured in, it gradually changes the white bottom to brownish orange. And if I wash a frying pan in the sink, the bottom leaves gray scratches. Soft Scrub Total gets those hard to remove stains out! Other products I've tried have had little to no effect, but Soft Scrub always turns it back to white. When you spray it, it comes out in a foam. Leave it on for a few minutes, and come back to a white sink again! I recommend Soft Scrub Total for anyone who needs more than just a basic kitchen cleaner...

I love that the bottle has two options a foam or a spray and it also works when it's on a tilt! Rather then having many different cleaners under the sink--just one bottle gets the job done! The fresh scents is also very nice. Few sprays and the whole house smells like I've spent hours cleaning.

I do a lot of the family cleaning, and the kitchen is an area that requires a lot of cleaning. The thing I like about Soft Scrub Total Kitchen Cleaner is that it is versatile, It cleans well in the oven, on the burners, in the microwave, in the sink and on the kitchen counter. I do use gloves when using this product, and I do make sure the cleaning area is well ventilated.

I just had extensive renovations done on my house - the flooring was all replaced and all the walls and trim were repainted. The house looked gorgeous...until I went into the kitchen, where my old white cabinets were sitting there all covered with grease and grime. I was going to have my whole family over for my annual Christmas get-together and needed to do something quick. I had a coupon for this new spray version of Soft Scrub, and decided to give it a try. Imagine my surprise when I sprayed it on one of the white cabinet doors and the dirt and grease just ran right off! I spent about four hours deep-cleaning all of my kitchen cabinets, and when I was finished, they truly did look like new! I am so in love with this product. I did have a hard time finding it, since it's relatively new in my area, but I buy some whenever I do find it, because I never want to run out again. One caveat - use gloves if you're going to be using this product for a long time. It does contain bleach, and the skin on my hands was affected somewhat.
