Specializes in cruises, not skyscrapers
I had googled "skyscaper tours" because I was traveling to Chicago and wanted to see what options were available. I used that term because I couldn't remember what the Sears Tower is now called. When I stumbled on this site, I was surprised to see it offered cruise specials since boats have nothing to do with tall buildings. In the "about us" section they explain where the name came from and how it was a part of family history. It made me interested in learning more about the services that this travel site/agent could offer. However, the site offers very limited amounts of information. You pretty much need to call or write them if you want to do more then see what their group cruise is and was in the past. Features Since this site is designed more for you to call the travel agent to get additional information and book, there are not a lot of features on the website. There is some general information, but that is about group tours the agent is going on and trips from what appear to be family trips. There is a search option, but it is hidden under the "specials" tab and then "search for specials" at the bottom of that page. Instead of one drop down, each cruise line has its own drop down which makes it difficult to make your selection. And several searches end with a "not found" error. Customer Service They are extremely quick at responding to emails and phone calls and were very courteous and informative without being pushy.
