A great moisturizer for my mature and a bit sensitive skin. It will penetrate the skin fast and work wonders without those usual rashes that sometimes might appear when using deep working moisturizers. It does keep a thin layer on the skin though, which makes it a bit shiny. That's not comfortable, BUT as a night cream it's perfect. I've noticed that my skin looks much healthier after a month with this cream. More even skin tone, healthier glow and a boosted blood circulation in the face. I will definitely continue using this cream.

Shiseido has always been a decadent treat to the skin because it is versatile in smelling wonderful, treating skin impurities such as age spots, pores, dryness, redness, etc. This particular product has excellent benefits because it has evened out my blotchy, inconsistent skin tone and given my skin a healthy, much fairer glow. I wash my face only at night and apply this three-step system of the White Lucent brand to achieve standard benefits. If does not intensely whiten the skin, but any discoloration may wear off and your dull skin will reveal nicer, softer skin to go bare. The main reason I like this item is because I've been able to not wear as much makeup. It is really lovely to wear to sleep and even in the morning alongside my sunblock. Always wear sunblock to help this product moisturize your skin without any hindrance. Effectiveness The skin will see results of softness, even tone, and brightness within the month. It's good to keep consistent with the regimen everyday. Ease of Application You pour it onto your fingertips and it does not rush out like lava. It flows out nicely and has a smooth consistency. It is not overly oily or watery, it is an emulsifying touch. Scent There is a light, floral scent to this product. It is not overpowering. You can sleep with it on. It fades after a while, but if you're into sweet, milky scents, this is perfect.

First of all, after hearing many compliments about this product I decided to try it out myself. After my first try it really did not make any help moisturizing my skin and keeping it hydrated. Instead my skin was dried out a lot more quicker and I began getting white dry patches all over my skin. This product was the death of me the whole summer.

I was given this as a gift and although I'm a frequent Shiseido product user, I didn't purchase this product since it's quite costly. But I've always wanted to try this product so I was glad to get this as a gift. The entire White Lucent line's purpose is to gently lighten your skin and clear up any dark spots that you may have on your face. It's hypoallergenic so it won't clog your skin and it contains an SPF factor of at least 15 depending on the product you purchase. The cream will dry instantly however, so be sure to smooth it all over your face when you first apply it. You don't need a lot of it however, or your face may end up white all over! After I applied it the first time, I noticed my skin was a lot smoother and a bit lightened than usual. This is not to say that my face got a shade lighter or anything (that's not the purpose of this line), but it gives your entire face a smoother and brighter complexion. There are 3 types to choose from depending on your needs so you may need to decide with a consultant which type is right for you.
