I purchased this product based on its strong product ratings... However, shortly after the one-year manufacturer's warranty expired, the TV died and the cost to fix it (parts from Sharp) was more than the TV cost! Of course, Sharp could care less about that -- and their customer service reps were very rude. I recommend that you avoid buying this TV. Actually, I'll never buy another Sharp product.
