I am usually a budget shopper, but decided awhile back I wanted to try something new. The Sealy Gel Memory Foam Mattress was perfect forour price range, not too low and not too high cost. In the past beds feel great in the store, but not so great when I have to "break them in". I didnot feel like I had tobreak this bed in and fell in love instantly. I was not too soft and not too hard, it was perfect. When I laid down iteas like it was made just for me. It was so comfortable and even helped with prior leg, back, and neck problems usually made worse by certain mattresses and pillows. This bed gave me more relief. The materials of the mattress and the look of the matress was very nice, and lookedway more expensive than whatI paid. The beds hold up nicely which is always a huge concern. All around this matress was an excellent choice.

After just using for a few months it was put in storage for 6 months. When it returned to our home for use it was as good as new. Held shape through heat and cold in storage. Its light weight and easy to carry and move around. Remember though while in use to rotate it after the first few weeks, then monthly. Not hard to do since it is light. The comfort level is amazing. Noticed a huge difference after having experienced hip pain in my former mattress. I don't find it to have negative impact on any pressure points.

I have to say we were mattress shopping for quite a while. I felt like the search was never going to end. Every mattress that we had laid on was too soft, too hard, or just plain uncomfortable. Then we found beds that sat too high or too low. I have degenerate disc disease, so sleeping is a hard task for me. When I laid on this bed I felt like I was in heaven. I really love how it conforms to the body in every spot. I have been able to comfortably sleep with this mattress. I will never switch, I also love how it does not get too hot and how when you get up it goes back to its place, it does not stay squished down at all. All in all this is an amazing bed, I do have some sleepless nights still, but when I do get to sleep I actually have the ability to sleep a little bit. When you sleep on your side and roll to your back it springs into place to conform, and vice versa. I fully recommend this mattress and will not be going to some other mattress.
